Giovanni’s Roast Beef and Pizza Tewksbury — Restaurant in Tewksbury

Order via Uber eats. First off every item just gives a warning about eating raw or undercooked meats. No details about the item whatsoever. Went to the clubs portion of the menu, ordered a chicken club. Expectation - 3 pieces of break, lettuce, tomato, bacon, may, cheese and probably fries. What did I get- I fried chicken sandwich on a hamburger bun. Also had to pay extra for tomato, bacon, and mayo. So obviously not a club at all.

Update Your food is always great, we order from you weekly. But pleasseeee update your Uber menu. Every sandwich just says "consuming raw or uncooked..." No description of the food. Then after I select a sandwich it makes me select a type of wrap, which is mandatory. And extra for lettuce and tomato? Please fix the Uber menu. I try to order direct and pickup when I can, but it can't...

ordered a meat lovers pizza, steak bomb sub(always the best) they really load it with steak, and anything else you want on it, pizza was great just made to perfection, no complaints and Nick always greets me every time I come in and even will throw me a free fry or drink I always throw some money in the tip jar! Nice people family run to the people who write bad reviews just call in and Nick will fix any issue you have don't write a bad review they will do anything...

This place has CAREENED downhill in the past few months. I don't know if they changed owners or management but in the past 6 orders I've done with them food is stale, mis-made, undercooked and tiny. I went here every week, sometimes multiple times a week for years and it was flawless, now it's just absolutely terrible.
