Perfecto's Caffè — Restaurant in Tewksbury

I would say when it comes to their french toast bagels and cream cheeses (not expired or molded) - they are the reason I would want to come back. Though their services are far from being perfectos. I stopped by today in a long while... Upon paying at the register I noticed the honey walnut cream cheese had a mold on it (even though it wasn't really expired yet). Dairy product covered in mold? Hmmm. Makes me only wonder. To top it off it appeared to be a drama when I requested a refund for this grossness. Two of them were standing at the register right in front of me while one explained to another in a tone of voice like I just caused an Armageddon by requesting a refund... Am I supposed to feel guilty lol? Oh yes and apparently getting your itemized receipt also requires around 3 prompts... The operating hours are also not crafted for the typical customer needs. Too bad ... This cafe could be flourishing but I'll think twice before going...

I like the flavors and the food here it could be awsome but every single time I out an order in something isn’t right it’s been a back to back occurrence and my food or coffee is wrong the staff I’ve watched make coffee I’ve ordered and absolutely paid no attention when making it and got mine and my wife’s mixed up and I can’t drink dairy she can. Today I went to pick up my order and I ordered mocha and Nutella flavor in mine my gf got toasted marshmallow in hers I added a mocha swirl but when I picked it up both coffees looked Exsactly the same and I did not have mocha in mine the coffee where also not labeled and I asked the staff what coffee is wich she shrugged her shoulders and said I should have labeled them. They should have been labeled and there is no mocha in my coffee that I had to pay for to add. This place could be amazing but unfortunately with the back to back issues I’m not gonna be...

Went here for a breakfast sandwich. I told the woman behind the counter what a wanted. A couple minutes later she said did you want bacon and egg? I said no I asked for sausage. I also asked her to cut it in half. I received my sandwich and went out on the patio to eat it with my coffee. There was a man in the patio smoking. There is a sign on the front if the store that states no smoking on patio. Clearly this is not being reinforced. The patio was disgusting. I was there at 7:15 am and the patio was filthy.
