Probably the worst Starbucks. I live in town, and used to drive to Wilmington before this location opened. I order on the mobile app for convenience and ease as I typically modify my beverages. Every time my order is incorrect, from coffees, to simple refreshers. I’m not sure what is so hard about following directions, especially when they’re specifically written out for you. Food is usually sloppy, or told to be out of upon arrival after already ordering on the app (nothing stating on the app items are out, assuming the staff clearly doesn’t want to make it, especially when it’s only 9:00 am.) This particular staff needs more training with attention to detail, and a manger that cares about the reviews being left by customers, and being present managing these persons. Waited 30 mins in cafe for a coffee that was purposefully made wrong to further push spite after I said something about the wait. I watched a customer walk up and ask about his coffee and it was made for him on the spot but when I did the same thing I was met with attitude and frustration.
