Update 5/24
I made a order for breakfast. I put the order in at 9:20. I got there at 9:25. I drove to a stall to enter the number in the app and the app was no longer working. A verified that they had charged my credit card $16. So I went through the drive-thru and told them that I had made the order. The lady at the window seems like she saw the order in the system and told me to go to the last window. Went to the last window and they said they don't have any orders for me. I showed them on my phone the order and that it was the correct location and that they had charged me. She told me to cancel the order and pull up. So I did that no one ever came out. I don't know why but I went inside and I tried to use their kiosk. I put my order in and begin waiting. I was there for 15 minutes and no one would acknowledge me except for the guy cleaning. The expediter was absolutely obnoxious, beyond rude. Finally asked me what my order number was I explained to her that the system didn't give me an order number on the kiosk it just said come to the counter. She rolled her eyes and went back to the window. Finally slams down my coffee and a bag of food. I thought that I had checked that everything was in there but I noticed that when I got back to the house that the pancakes for the two orders were missing. I had put the syrup in there for the pancakes but no pancakes. I tried to call birthday refuse to answer the phone. I guess I will try tomorrow once the charge goes from pending to post it to dispute the charge. The food was awful and after all that waiting it was barely lukewarm. The steak is normally browned quite well this was not at all. No apologies for everything that went on no apologies for the wait. In fact no words came from this horrible person. Just slammed my food down and went back on her way. So now I have to file a dispute on the first credit card and then on the second credit card now where they gave me half the order. And to top it all off as I was picking my bag up and checking I saw two baby German cockroaches crawling on the counter. So that will do it for me. I've had nothing but problems from this place it's very nasty and they hire nasty horrible people.
And while I'm at it I will add that the last three times that I had gone there for lunch they got my order wrong. I cannot stand their plastic cheese. I had ordered the five for $5 deal that they have in the app. So I ordered a McDouble with no cheese I cannot stand their plastic cheese it's disgusting. And ext
Update 03/24 Look at how they packaged my qtr pounder with NO CHEESE. The single hamburger has nothing on it and appeared to have been cooked in the microwave. Multiple calls this year to corporate have yielded no concern. They just forwarded the info to the franchisee who clearly couldn't care less. McDonald's is a horrid company now and should bé out of business.
Why do you hire such hateful horrible people??? The woman this morning screamed at my wife hatefully to pull around. This sort of thing happens regularly at this mcdonalds. If your employees hate their job that much you know they are also stealing and likely going to kill someone through the food. I can promise you I will eventually find some kind of violation at this McDonald's. You're making enemy's here not happy customers. It's time to fire everyone and replace them with computers. This is ridiculous. Shut it down if you can't even remotely operate it correctly and safely. Unbelievable that someone cares only about money and could care less about their customers, even if there business winds up killing them.
Additionally the bathrooms in this nightmare McDonald's are nasty. Fixtures don't work. How exactly are the employees washing their hands???

Read moreThis McDonalds has heart! I don't make fast food a habit. But in a pinch, budget and time-wise, I do use the McD's app, and in turn that allows me to use the drive-thru with ease! I use the app, only for the deals, and if diligent in choosing, a person can come out w/a good deal price-wise. A penny saved, is a penny earned, ikr?! Anyways---I've only encountered courtesy, and competence, each time I've decided to avail myself of fast food bargain price. In the past, if ever I've encountered an issue, and I do decide to reach out to them? They take care of it, correcting whatever I encountered, and addressing my grievance. Such reaction counts nowadays, per all the fast food and other types of eateries in this area. Especially in pandemic times, and the effects of inflation, customer service matters a lot! My review is one of my drive through use. If I do go inside, things are good, too, service-wise, cleanliness-wise, they run a tight ship!
Update January 22, 2022: Though I experienced a hiccup of sorts via a discrepancy occurring via McD’s app vs ordering in person at the drive through—when I called, last night, Serling the phone # for the manager (Reizer) full intent on contacting him via text so that I could provide literal photographic proof alongside of my receipt so as to show and explain to him what happened when despite using the app to purchase the bogo deal & ordering two fish sandwiches, instead of receiving that price soecial on them it seemed I suffered an inadvertent bait & switch. I was tired, therefore went through the drive thru , and its on E that I didn’t pull to a stop in a parking spot and literally double check to see if I got the correct order as well as whether I’d literally been rung up with the correct deal price. Instead I paid $6.00 for a different non app McD’s bogo. I have disabilities therefore I live on a very meager budget so it’s best that I mainly eat at home. It’s just nice to sort of treat myself. This last experience though did not go smoothly as it should have. I don’t think it was an app glitch, but instead human error which occurred due to an overzealous new employee, male, who was so eager to shine and do a correct job of things that he somehow got wires crossed. Edit 9/6/21 Sat in drive thru for a few minutes then the next car went through so we said we want two shakes and the lady behind the speaker rudely said we're not serving ice cream at 7:23 really what is wrong with the machine this time? We spent our money down the street at Sonic.
Edit 10/16/21 Placed our order in drive thru. Why is the ice cream machine always down. And if you are out of something don't wait until they pull around and say we're out of sweet tea. I wanted to say Are you open? And if I ever do and hear yes than my reply would be go make some. It's obvious someone isn't doing their thing called a job. Starts somewhere. What happened to customer service. Seems everyone has forgotten about the customers.
Edit 07/08/22 They started upcharging any drinks. So look at your receipts. Drinks are no longer $1(anywhere from .20 to .40 per drink). Pay extra and it's either soured or get unsweetened tea when you asked for sweet and get a extra drink. 4 for $4 is no longer true. The customer service sucks. You pay .80 at burger king for a orange juice but over $1.30 at McDonald's. (See my other reviews to see receipt as proof) McDonald's is nothing like it used to be. When I asked what and why at the drive-through on upcharge she replied I don't know and slammed the window closed and turned her back on me (state line) with me holding receipt. And the Rietzer family never follows up or nothing like they don't care. I am going to start dating my reviews for updates in case there is any changes but as you can see it just keeps getting worse. Make the district managers and under, all work at some part of the store and not stand around or cut the cashier off before she takes care of the customer and I voiced how rude it was (7th St yesterday) if it wasn't for my kid I would never go back.
