Visited after the dinner rush and there was only 1 car in front of me. Order was taken quickly and pulled straight to the payment window and paid. Waited less than 5 mins before the car in front of me got their order. Pulled up to the order window and waited there for almost 20 mins. No one came to the window to let me know what was going on or what we were waiting on. When the woman finally came to the window she did not greet me, or offer an apoloyy. She handed a bag out the window said thank you have a good day and tried to shut the window. I told her I was missing .y drinks. She turned around grabbed one of my drinks and tried to close the window again. I told her I had another drink. She got an attitude and said "well, what kind of drink are you missing?" In an annoyed tone. I said what is going on in there, you guys don't even know what I ordered and I just waited 20 mins at this window. At this point she got very rude and said Well I'm sorry we are understaffed! And tried to shut the window again. I told her I was still missing sauce for my nuggets and she slammed the window and walked away. She came back with Sweet n sour sauce, and I told her that's not even the sauce I asked for. She turned around threw the sauce across the kitchen and said "I'm not f*ing dealing with this!" And stormed off. When the next worker came to the window, I asked to speak with a manager. She told me the other woman was the manager and she was the only manager there. At that point I decided to just leave as it was obvious I was not going to get anything accomplished by talking to a manager who was that rude and irrational. I still can't believe someone with a management position at customer service establishment that is this well known, thought treating a customer like that or acting like that was in any way acceptable. I've also attached a photo of the burger that was in my son's Happy meal that was not completely wrapped and dripping...

Does not matter how small your food order is, when you get to the food pick up window there is a 50% chance they are sending you to wait in the parking lot for another 5-10 minutes. 50%, thatâs my guess. I try to avoid this location for this reason, but the times I do go there itâs about 50% of the time they send me and the cars around me to wait in the parking lot. My theory is that they know customers will leave if the drive-through line is long, so when it starts to get long they shuttle people who have already placed their orders to the parking lot because they know those customers wonât leave. This is a classic example of maximizing part of a system to the detriment of the entire system. The local staff is maximizing their customer throughput while creating extraordinary customer dissatisfaction. I donât blame the local staff for doing this, itâs smart and is positive for their production metrics. Iâm hoping someone higher than the local staff will realize how terrible this process is for the customer and will change it. Maybe they already know it and are happy to see it continue. If thatâs the case we need more people to 1-star review the locations that do this into oblivion until they change...
Read moreAs a side gig, I dash as kind of a hobby. Its fun, and I love driving. Tonight DoorDash was giving $2 additional for every run, and after 5 runs another $15 on top of that. I took what was going to be the first of my orders, which turned out to be my last. The line was long, and thats fine, I understand. However, each car took about 5 minutes each and some longer. During my 50 minute wait time you can hear the guy in the drive through laughing and holding a conversation with a newer customer who was goofing off. When I finally got to the first window I asked what the hold up was. He said they were just too busy for the amount Door Dash, and other like services. But, I only saw three people working. They seemed so understaffed. I finally got my chance to pull to the second window where a woman opens the little door and says "what's your code?" Stern and rudely. I told her, and without saying anything, she let the window shut. For the next 6-7 minutes I looked at my order sitting next to the pop machine. Finally, the window opened and she said "here.". Check my review history, I generally leave good reviews and I have started doing it more often. Unfortunately in this case, 50 minute wait, rude and slow working employees and a very upset customer of mine, I will not Dash here anymore, and I hope more people don't. I have photos, and hope DoorDash takes it seriously. Fight for $15? Jesus, I have to fight...
