Burger King — Restaurant in Texas City

Big changes! Great customer service, and great deals... didn't last long. Some of the staff extra special. Example: went in for simple cheese burger with cheese and jalapeños only. There was a Doordasher that look as if he was there for awhile. A man that ordered the same order three times and they still got it wrong. When finally noticed. The cashier kept saying bacon and jalapeños; I was clear with two cheese and jalapeños cheese burgers. I thought he might be having a brain issue. Drive thru never very crowded. Cheeseburger VERY good & French fries absolutely delicious! We go quite often & had to laugh at this experience. At first the order mic must've been turned down. We couldn't hear him & kept yelling our order & trying to explain our meal....2 Cheese Whoppers. One is free with coupon plus 1 French fries. Got to window & finally understood we had to order a drink too, to get the free Whopper. Ok, no problem. What we ended up with - 2 cheese Whoppers, 2 drinks & 2 large fries & 1 small fries. DUH?? After all the "back & forth" trying to explain, we just left & enjoyed our meals at home! ...

Horrible service. They just reopened! You would think that they would be trying to go the extra mile - but nope! Long waiting times to order and even longer to get your order. Almost 30 minutes to get a simple order. The manager didn't bother to tell me that they were completely out of all of their drinks when I ordered. He let me pay to "king size" my drink and didn't even bother to tell me that they only had old stale tea. Even when I had to ask for a cup of ice - he just looked at me like I was crazy!!!
