I've been to other locations but something is up with this one... To start the my 18 mth was old burger came out a cold hamburger with mustard... So when I received my grandbaby got his cheeseburger plain it was quick Ans Warm with dark brown edges!!! Cold & Hard.. I tasted my 18.mth. grandson food and it was Bad!!!!!! The cold hamburger with mustard was sent back. After a short wait the cheeseburger plain came out but was strange. It was warm and extra done . . My grandson didn't like or want to eat it So I took little bites off & noticed they gave my 18 mth. grandson a reheated "warm but extremely well Over warm old, Reused burger... Read moreI went ordered my meal and realized my burger was steaming hot, fries ice cold, and sprite was club soda when I arrived to my destination. I immediately called and spoke with Joel who was thankful for my call and for notifying him of the sprite needing to be changed. I also informed him that I did not live in the area and that I couldn’t come back due to only being able to get food at certain times as I visit the area to care for my grandmother. I called early on in the day because I knew I would be taking care of my grandmother so I would be in the area and gave Joel a heads up. It was not specified during our conversation that I would need to come inside for my remake. I went to the drive through and the employee was adamant on me coming inside for my remake. I felt that it was very inconsiderate as I may have had a disability making it difficult for me to come inside and it should not have mattered if I came inside or not as I originally went through the drive through the first time. The employees answering the speaker needs to work on their deliverance as it would make a difference in the customer service since they are the first interaction customers have. I went a while ago and they completely messed up my order and then I came back today and they didn’t have any hash browns during breakfast so I couldn’t get the taquito. So I had to drive 25 min to the next nearest whatever (10:35). I got to Whataburger at 10:57 and had to wait 5 minutes in line but they didn’t care that i got there before 11 but they did care that I got to the window two minutes late. So I got to the window at 11:02 just for them to reject my breakfast order when it was their fault that I had to drive to another Whataburger because of their lack of supplies. I wished that the whataburger (61st street and Stewart) would’ve been nice and at least allowed me to place my breakfast order because it was another Whataburgers fault because they didn’t have the materials they needed so I had to drive out of my way to end up with nothing.
