Totally dissatisfied with our visit tonight! First off it was about 5 pm they were slow, ordered our food and then walked to the whole floor of the restaurant to find ZERO CLEAN tables and chairs! We finally sat at a high table and wiped it off! So….. They then deliver our food to the table which the two orders of chicken nuggets had a terrible terrible smell like they were cooked in bad grease and maybe warmed up in the same grease! I brought it to the guys attention at the front desk. I also mentioned we couldn’t believe how dirty the lobby was and it should have been cleaned after hearing the staff laughing and talking and standing around behind the counter and back. He then told me the grease needed to be changed that he would bring out new orders of chicken nuggets when done ( which another guy came in to the front desk regarding same problem ) so then I ask him for the owners info and contact info and he goes to tell me he doesn’t have it or doesn’t even know his email address he hardly comes into the restaurant. I then hear him go behind the counter telling the other staff members that we wanted to call the owners etc. We then get our supposedly NEW orders of chicken nuggets gets delivered to our table! Same strong strong smell!! Opened the box and goodness smelt worse than the first time! I had my husband go up to the counter and show the guy again and ask for refund for our meal. He gave us a refund for the chicken nuggets only. No manager came out to speak to us or even try to fix the problem NOTHING!! I would like the owner to contact me! This restaurant is...
Read moreI used to frequently come here in my lunch breaks at work, but I have since stopped eating here because the service is usually very poor. I’ve worked in the fast food industry so I totally understand that mistakes happen—but it’s how those issues are handled that makes the difference. For one, the dining room is still closed, so my only options are curbside or drive thru, and the drive thru line is usually very long. When I order curbside, it often takes 10-15 minutes just to get my meal, which cuts into the amount of time I have for break. Often times I get the order with missing items. I tried calling the store when I was missing an item and they just picked up the phone and hung up. So I went and talked to an employee at the drive thru to get my missing item. I was told it would be right out, but 5 minutes later, nobody came and brought it. I went up again, this time I said I was on my lunch break and I needed to get going. They brought out the missing item in less than a minute. Regardless, I wasn’t able to eat my lunch on my break because by the time I got all my food, I had to go back to work.
So what could be done better? Open the dining room. Almost everywhere else is open. Answer the phone. Be more efficient at getting orders done. Train more on...
Read moreThe wait time was longer than the usual experience (which is fine the customer service was great at this point) we placed our order, then a employee around the corner confirms it, then another person confirms it, and another person confirms it (broken process). After a 20 minute wait, we finally got our food. Once we get home we are missing an entire meal... an entire meal. So we have to pack the food up and drive all the way back to the restaurant where we sat in line for another 30 minutes. The kid at the drive thru who took our order again was very kind. Once we got to the window the manager looked at us confused and began to question us about our order and what was missing. I told her a whole meal was missing, she rolled her eyes and looked at the bags because they remade the whole order (as if she expected me to eat the original meal thats now cold because I sat in line another 30 minutes) I didn't catch her name but she was a taller woman in a black shirt. She then turns to a man in a dress shirt and he begins to question us as to why we are back in line and why the whole order is being replaced. Not one time did either leader apologize for the experience they allowed to happen in their 4 walls. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE we will drive to league city...
