Taco Bell — Restaurant in Texas City

Taco Bell is a great place if you love Tex-Mex. Nicknamed the Mexican Mc Donald’s, Taco Bell will give you a taste only if the authentic Mexican foods. It has improved throughout the years and they made a lot of beneficial changes. They try to get novelties like the crispanada for example which I tasted and which is very good. Like Jack in the Box, they have now munchies boxes for 10 dollars. The munchies box is quite complete. I like the cinnamon rolls, something nobody offers in the fast-food. On the other hand, they do not have French fries yet, they have tortilla chips instead. Their chalupas with chicken are delicious and their Doritos locos are surprisingly amazing. Taco Bell is ideal for a decent meal on-the-go. The quality of the foods depends on the quality of the products used and of course it also greatly depends on the cook. In Texas city and Galveston or League city, the people in the kitchen are quite good at assembling the foods. I never had a digestive problem and it is good enough to buy it but do not expect the fresh quality of the authentic...

Poor food & charged twice - we ordered breakfast on Jan 2nd, and then we were charged a second time AND refunded the second charge on Jan 4th. What is going on over there????

We ordered two Crunchwrap combos for breakfast. I had the Cinnabons replaced with hashbrowns. The hashbrowns we got were soggy. Hot, but soggy. I guess they weren't fried long enough and were way under cooked. Our Crunchwraps were abysmal. The only reason they were warm is because they are grilled on on the outside to brown up the tortilla they are wrapped in. The insides were OLD and COLD. YUCK. There is no telling how old those Crunchwraps were before they were served to us.

The lady at the window gave us TWO Pepsi Zeros that were darn near clear in color (not enough syrup). Of course, they tasted terrible, like carbonated water. You can't tell when when a Pepsi looks like a Sprite, not to serve it? I had her give us two Diet Pepsi drinks since the dispenser was not calibrated correctly for the Pepsi Zeros, and she rolled her eyes.

I went through the drive through tonight and was treated with so much disrespect. The lady at the drive through was very off putting acted like she’s the queen of the drive thru. Look I know we have our days but for the customer ahead of me to get good service while I’m being treated like I’m nothing doesn’t sit right with me. When I called to complain about my order she hung up on me when I asked her name multiple times. I call back and finally get my complaint out she still was acting rude. I asked for refund and she said it’s only $1 & that I won’t be getting a whole new meal… that’s not what I called about. I asked for a manager she said she was the manager and again asked for her name so I can address who I am speaking to and she completely brushed me off. Idk if she had a bad day and decided to take it out on me but I did not like the way I was spoken to. The way I was treated and disrespected tonight was appalling to say the...
