I am a licensed cosmetologist, and this was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. I went asking for a dip/powder manicure which did not seem like a problem, but upon the technician beginning to work on my hands, problems ensued. She asked if I’d like to cut my nails, which is normal, and then proceeded to cut them, and without properly shaping my natural nail, began the dipping process. This may not seem like a problem, but she then proceeded to dip my nails in the powder over 5 times, without allowing the powder to dry or adhere to my nail properly. The powder was uneven and not properly covering my entire nail bed, and it was so thick, that there was height to my nail. I could also tell that the technician knew something was wrong because she kept touching my nails repeatedly to check if they were dry and to try and shape them with her own fingers. While she “waited” for my nails to dry, she then proceeded to file her own nails with an overused nail file, that she then used to file my nails. Because the powder was so thick and inconsistent, she filed my nails all the way down until there was barely anything left to file. At this point, I stopped her and told her that I was unhappy and she asked me “why” and I proceeded to explain everything I just stated above. She tried to assure me that she could fix the problem and thin out the thickness of the powder. None of which she was able to do, but she still wanted me to proceed. Another technician finally came over, and when I explained all that happened, I could tell that even she knew this process had been done incorrectly. At this point, I just wanted everything removed and I wanted to leave. So, she then soaks my fingers in the dirty bag of acetone that she had used to take off the powder I walked in with. She then charged me for the “manicure”.

I’ve honestly tried to give this salon a chance over and over again but the customer service is POOR. Each time I come, I keep having issues with my pedicure and acrylic set. Today for example, my toe nail was clearly chipped and she painted over it without clearly fixing it. If you’re the nail professional, I should not have to stop and ask the nail tech to buff it out, smooth it out or offer an overlay so that it looks neat and professional.

When selecting a nail polish, sometimes you don’t get to see how it looks against the toe nail until a few coats. I asked to remove because it required too many coats for it to look good. They wanted to charge me extra to remove and do over when my other foot wasn’t even done. The nickel and diming of everything, including their mistakes is ridiculous. I should not have to pay for every single thing that should be included in service. It’s ridiculous… people spend way too much money for them To keep rushing or having people who can’t even communicate due to language barriers. Basic requests is not understood. It’s annoying and frustrating. They are under new management and they need to get it together. I spend well and tip well but today as I walked out of there, there was zero effort to even provide customer satisfaction. I will NEVER come back and spend my money at this...

DO NOT GO!!! I purchased the $40 pedicure & by the time I got home (which is a 5 minute drive) my feet were dry & my heels look like this. When I called to let them know that there was a problem they acted like they could not hear or understand me. So I told them that I would come back up there and they said ok. When I showed him my heels he said that they could NOT do anything about and that the skin on my heels were too thick & that if they would have filed any more then I would be hurting and bleeding, then he recommended that I put "medicine" on my feet every day after I take a shower & file them & then come back every two weeks for a pedi (for real dude?) When I asked what kind of medicine he tried to SELL me this "medicine" for $20. I couldn't believe it. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY! If I could give this place a BIG FAT ZERO I MOST...
