Denny's — Restaurant in Texas City

I think that this place has made alot of improvements other than they always are out of products and it seems to be the major products and there menus especially the lunch or dinner menus dont have but a couple of sides to choose from that's my major fuss add more choices for the sides and stop taking certain foods off the menus like the gudda burger I know that was a major hamburger that sold then there's the staff the morning staff is very fast but not to attentive and there always arguing amongst each other cussing and then the always arguing about who's table it is or who's turn it is and definitely no team work but I still say this place of establishment needs major improvements the food is not very good at all over cooked or under cooked Cold most of the time and the managers pretty much dont care how bad your visit at Denny's all there gonna offer to do is give you something else cooked or a free dessert never ard they gonna offer a discount off your bill matter of fact one time I visited they told me they could not void nothing or discount nothing because they would get in trouble then it seems like they hire anyone these employees really seem like they have no care in there work appearance you can have a excellent server but if they look like there uniform is so wrinkled there hair not brushed finger nails look dirty then you have the ones that you can definitely tell the ones that under the influence of sum type of substance or alcohol and there always under staffed are server had to seat us wait on us then we had to wait at register for about ten minutes because guess what the hostess server was also the cashier and busser and there was only two working and supposedly the Manger but we never seen a manager the whole time we were there so it wasent the two girls fault cause they did the best job they could under the circumstance's Its really a convenient place and there prices are very reasonable but everything else over rides that I have a few friends that will not even willing to give yall a chance again due to there visits here were 9 times out of 10 was very horrible so with that being said no I wont be back unless some major changes are made and that's really sad because yall are really the only place that stays open 24 hrs and convenient but we will go ahead and travel a lil further to get a good visit in every way Thank you for value my opinion and feed back and really I'm never a complaining customer or a difficult customer but its happen one to many time Thanks once again sincerely yours...

How was my visit to Denny's? That's a really good question! Well I don't know where to start with. Maybe I will start with management. O servers! Idk. Well let's begin with the server. It was the most slow and ridiculous service I have ever received. It took an hour and 15 minutes and 12 seconds to get a stack of pancakes. We had to ask for coffee like 20 times. not including the many time that we had to ask for cream and sugar to be refill. and when the food finally serve. My Skillet supposed to be hot and was really cold with like three or four potatoes on it. The food is good I love it but the service this time was really bad we asked to speak to The manager. And apparently she was busy by the computers on her phone I don't know what she was doing on her personal phone but I know that's not my business but the point is that we asked for her two times to different servers. We saw when the server told her that we need to talk to her. And all she did was ignoring us. to get a better service you need to start with the manager if the manager is not a good manager then guess what? the server are not going to provide good service. We end up paying 78.41$ for some cold food. I don't like doing the reviews on restaurant but this time I need the company to see what going on on the location. I will never return to this Dennys location. I've had problems in the past, but my kids love the food served there. They convinced me to take them for what was supposed to be a nice family meal on a Saturday morning. Let me say that with how often I work, these moments are rare and to be cherished. From the beginning: We ordered our drinks (which I didn't receive until I was almost done with my meal), then I tried to substitute the toast on my plate for anything at all as I'm on a diet, to which I was denied. We weren't given any straws. I ordered an oreo shake for my daughter and the server only filled it halfway. When asked about this she then said she would bring out another cup with the other half. Weird, but I would've been understanding if you just said something. My sister in law joins us mid meal. After asking for a drink order to be taken she still had to wait 15 minutes for a drink. The server continued to ask us questions the entire time about what we ordered, I guess she was very forgetful. Finally when we had had enough and decided to leave, we were given the wrong ticket and payed 11$ over our actual amount.
