The drinks are only made correctly when Adrian is there. I have been a long time satisfied customer. But this was terrible. Everytime Adrian is NOT there. No one seems to know what they are doing. I had them remake my drink, & then still it was tasteless. I have came everyday from on my way to work for a month straight. But yes days when he was not working I either just dealt with the fact of a mediocre cream drink or didn't order at all & just left. This time I waited in line for an hour. To not only be disappointed. But also to have them remake it & be told that I don't get two punches on my punch card when I get an avalanche. Which is how it's ALWAYS been. I ended up going inside after the hour line in the drive thru to just politely ask for a refund & was greeted by the manager who's name is started with a T in a pretty rude manner. & didn't even make eye contact with me gave me a refund & handed me a receipt & then acted like I wasn't there. Didn't even listen to my reason or suggestion or anything. I probably won't be returning back unless this location can get there stuff in order & learn better customer service. Or maybe when Adrian is only working if he even works there anymore. Instead of an open sign maybe have a sign that says Adrian is here, don't worry you'll get the best customer service & correct drinks. So we can know when to not waste our time for an...

Drive thru: cannot hear to place an order as the car wash is too loud. Drove up to window & even though the worker saw me - she didn’t acknowledge me - sat for 7 minutes waiting - I didn’t have any shoes & did not want to walk in. Ended up walking in anyway. walked up to counter trying to discuss this & was getting absolutely no where. I started to place my order & was told to go to the other end of the counter. OMG! i told her I have no shoes on & would prefer not to - she replied “then i can’t take your order.” EXCELLENT customer service. Walked my 10 ft to register placed my order - paid for my order - walked back to the “pick up counter” rcvd my order. Walked back to my car get into the car & my order is WRONG! smh! I go to this establishment faithfully, at least 3 times a week. On Friday I went and ordered 20oz sno, but today the taste was completely off, it tasted salty. I called the store to speak with the manager and the young lady that answered said no manager was on duty. She did offer for me to come back and they would replace it, I explained to her I was at telge and the grand parkway and could not come back today but I can come by tomorrow, she then stated, she's not sure of the return policy and wasn't sure it the staff would honow the replacement on the following day, I did thank her for her time, but I will not be returning to...
