Ohhhh ma gawwwd! Where have you been all of my life Mr. Bocados? As old as I am and the amount of hamburger places I've been, this has to be in the top 3 for ME.
Parking might be challenging in peak times but for the most part on my 2nd visit, it wasn't busy still so nothing to fret about at that time. I feel reserved about getting attached to this establishment because I came here for my first visit on a Saturday night, about 8pm "ish" and like most places are supposed to be bustling....it was not. Ok, what's wrong here? Let's give it a try.
I guess this could almost compare to be a Brazilian/Venezuelean version of a Red Robin, but much much better. I liked it so much I came back the next day as well.
The menu has it's spread of different types of burgers but they're not your typical American menu case of course. You will be presented with different names and ingredients but no limited to grilled queso fresco, pico de gallo, fried eggs and GARLIC SAUCE that has crack in it! The meats are SMOKED lightly which makes a whole world of difference. That's just part of it because the menu also has a spread of other foods you should try.
Service, excellent, for the most part. The first gentleman we got on that Saturday could make a 2 star meal turn into a 4 with his acknowledgement of the menu and his table side manner of reading his customers (I think his name was Juan/Jose or similar ) without being intrusive. The person that we got the next day was almost as good but my constructive criticism if I was being super picky would be that one should tell the customers if the drink (Iced Tea) is coming from a bottle/can instead of an urn that we're used to or assume it would come from. It still didn't take away from the experience but it could ruin others.
The prices are about an average of I would say $16ish per burger in which they are totally worth it.
The interior is pretty decent for a burger place and I would suspect that this establishment is probably a bit new. There is a patio that you can sit in and enjoy your meal with strings of Edison type lights.
All in all, this is one of those places that you have to try and tell me what you think. ...

Ordered crazy fries, crazy cow burger, and Venezuelan and burger.
The crazy fries is loaded and super heavy so if you're alone I would only order this item. I would say don't order it if you're ordering burger since the normal fries are way more crispy, has a distinct taste and texture. Overall pretty ok, nothing special.
The crazy cow has some under season beef and steak which makes it severely lacking. Not a recommendation compare to the other burger since it was lacking in flavor but probably was unseason due to the queso. The steak has a bit of a chew/resistance which gives it a chew, interesting but if it is that texture it should be season as well.
The Venezuelan burger also has an unseason patty but the sauce that comes with it makes a very good contrast which overall brings out a pretty good burger. I wish the egg was runny but still delicious and bacon is not too crispy.
Each burger comes with a big portion of fries, probably about double the portion that comes with other fastfood or casual dining places which makes it plenty!!
Overall I would come for the Venezuelan burger since it's a pretty hefty meal. And it's 100% worth it if they season the patty just a little bit.
Alsothe beginning service is very good but lack toward the mid and end. Since was waiting around a bit more then I was liking to ask...
Read moreI've visited twice in the same week, once for lunch and once for dinner. Had I only come for the lunch visit and not returned later in the week for dinner, my scoring would have been 5 stars all the way across in all categories. My lunchtime waitress was properly attentive without being overbearing, the food was impeccable and the service was above par. We also received two complimentary servings of arepas to begin our meal. Since this was our first time visiting, the hostess/waitress took time to explain what each dish was so we felt more comfortable navigating an unfamiliar menu. But, alas I returned and the service as well as the meal was simply not as good. My entre was semi cold, the meat was a bit tough, we had to request extra plates for the hors d'oeuvres, we were practically ignored the entire dinner (no fresh water, etc), no offer of dessert and only one serving of arepas. When we asked for another we were informed that we were only to get one complimentary, not two...which I know isn't true because I was there just three days prior and I received two servings. There were only two at my table each time...myself and one other person. So I am giving it 3 stars for the dinner service, 5 stars for the lunch service and this averages to 4 stars from me. I am uncertain that I will return, but if I do it will...
