I am very disappointed. This evening i went to the location at f.m. 495 and conway ave in mission tx. Unfortunately was unable to even pay for my food. There was an issue with this location leaving customers stranded in the drive thru. I approached an made my order thru the drive thru intercom and then proceeded to wait approximately 20 min in the drive thru. There was a car in front of me that had already paid but after 15 min of this customer waiting still hadn't received their food and no one had approach the drive thru window to inform customer what was transpiring with their order . Unfortunately i was in the middle between the pick up windows and the car stationed behind me with no way to exit the drive thru. After waiting approximately 5 more minutes i asked the customer in front of me to proceed forward so that i could exit the drive thru. I then proceeded to drive around and go inside the store. I requested from one of the employees to request the manager and said manager was assisting another employee at the register with another customers order. While waiting for the manager on duty to complete transaction with employee and customer. I looked over to see numerous bags of food sitting on the expedited counter and numerous food items waiting in the warmer. I provide no exaggeration that the food was piling up that you could no longer see the food warmer. As soon as manager finished transaction I inquired as to the store manager name and the owner name and proceeded to tell me we don't give out that information there is a sign on the door to issue a complaint . I asked " why would a person have to wait 20 minutes in the drive thru receive no food or at least pay for said order. " Manager responded " I am short handed " in a very loud tone. I advised the manager that why were the individual in the drive thru provided with at least an option instead of waiting more than 20 min in the drive to proceed to take business elsewhere or at least advised of the situation. Manager stated in a very loud tone " i don't control the customer at the window " I advised that there should be no reason to be combative or argumentative. I advised the manager that to at least instead of having customers wait 20 or more minutes in the drive thru at least could have expedited customers so that we could have made an informed decision to dine at the establishment and wait or we can proceed on our way. Manager responded once again combatively " i m done arguing with you " and proceeded to walk away. I guess this is the way BK does business since this specific location has had many issues in the past. I supposed this issue will fall on deaf ears since i have informed of similar situations in the past and no resolution was ever completed. You lost a customer today due to the unfortunate incompetence of the manager on duty. Cannot believe did not even receive an simple apology from anyone at this store. i hope the other diners in the drive thru file similar complaints. Read more‐----- I hope someone with a higher positioning here at burger king sees this review, workers need some educating when it comes to clothing at the end------ -----There's alot of orders coming in both inside and outside creating a big line, this location needs to have at least 5 people in the kitchen for busy hours like breakfast lunch and dinner hours. Having 3 in the kitchen and 1 cleaning during very busy hours will hold the line back and cause customers to get frustrated and walk out, there were 2 workers yelling the same 2 orders out for over 5 mins and other customers were waiting in line getting asked questions over and over about their order that they got frustrated with the workers for wasting their lunch break with orders that aren't theirs. Not everyone is understanding of how busy it gets and/or they have a half hour lunch break they don't want to have wasted by waiting for their order to be handed out when its waiting on the warmer in the back ready for them. Please hire more people who are put together and ready to serve fast pace for fast food. (Ps- i understand bras are uncomfortable being a woman myself but if you want to be respectful and be respected please wear a bra to work. It was very very noticeable that the girl with a lip piercing, tragus nose piercing wasn't wearing one and was having to pace around the customers with her appearance wobbling everywhere. Read moreMay 07, 2021: I recieved a gift card from a parent, and I tried to use it after work. I did check to see that it was acitvated and that it had the money. However, i was told at the window that the card didn't go through. Because I didn't have my wallet, I couldn't pay for it. I had to leave with out my food after a 10 hour day. I came home to see if the card was in fact with a zero balance. It was not. I checked online and I called the 1-800 line. I tried to call the place to get a legit reason why, and i spent 15 minutes trying to get in contact with the number that is listed on google. There was no response. I will be calling corporate as well as online customer service. This happens constantly, but it is the only burger king near my house. This is unacceptable. The manager (Humberto) does not know how to communicate correctly and is rude beyond belief.
We looked on the Google listing and it had the dine in chec so we assumed we could go order and leave. However, when we entered the keys were on the door and thought that was strange. We were there for at least a minute before anyone noticed us. When we were noticed we asked and we were told no that only the drive through was open. When we brought up the keys stuck in the door, the manager said we should have assumed that it was closed because of the keys. There was no sign on the door.
