It seems like this specific Whataburger can not get thier act together. The last time I had dined at this Whataburger was back in June 2018 and they messed up the entire order giving us someone elses order. My family and I decided to give it a shot again last night, September 15th, 2018. We placed our order at 10:48PM. As I watched the cars in the drive thru drive off with thier orders and families that came in after us get their orders as well I figured something was up. At this time it was already 11:10PM so I decided to go check what was going on. As I asked one of the staff members to check on the order she was looking for it and asking the other staff members where was it? They all looked dazed and confused, even checking the oreer screen for the order. Mind you I gave her the receipt with the order and number. Another staff member came out saying uhhhhh well get it started all give you extra things... So in my response I let the first staff member know I'm guessing you all haven't even started on the order right? And she just looked so confused and embarrassed for something that was not her fault. I didn't care about "extra things" in my order whatever that ment to him. I just wanted my families order. There also happend to be about 20 staff members working that shift and not one could have placed our order? Oh, and the staff member that said he was gonna give us "extra things" was already leaving for the night...so why would he even say that? We did not receive our order till 11:22PM! Something like this should not have happened. Most customers come in ready to dine in with their families/friends and should be receiving the best customer service possible, not having to worry about issues with their order. It's sad to see that the employee's didn't have that willingness to help right away after hearing the order had not been placed. I personally have worked in the fast food industry before so I know the customer should be always be reseving the best customer service. Not even the "manager" could look us in the eye and apologize. From the looks of it there was about 3 "higher up's" working on that shift last night. And not one could come and apologize for their mistake. This Whataburger needs a training on customer service again or something cause that was definitely not customer service that my family received last night after...
Read morePlace got my order wrong from the get go, i reached out to correct the order which was 2 salads one crispy chicken the other grilled, one whatacatch meal, and a large side of fries and added another drink, only to again get the order wrong, the salads were both grilled and the fries were not in the bag with the orders. So I had to go back to request the med fries from the meal and the large side ...only to get 2 med. Size. also at that time their employees were fooling around among themselves with inside jokes and what not making it harder for the one who was taking the order to pay attention to what I was saying. I get it they get busy and what not but thos was a 6 pm ... no customers at all were inside and the drive through was minimal. No reason to get the order wrong twice. I was ashamed to go back again and complain, you order what you order for specific reasons, they should comply with...
Read moreOk, I’ll cut them some slack because it is New Years Day BUT, I’ve been waiting a long while for my food. Ordered on the phone at home to skip the line and they told me that it would be ready in 15 mins. I gave them 17 mins just to be sure, but I get here and lo and behold, they haven’t even started making my order until after I paid. Even when another customer arrived after me, his order came out before mine. I understand that I hadn’t paid so they didn’t want to make it until I paid but I’ve been waiting officially more than 55 minutes since I placed my order on the phone. Very disappointed in their service today and even though it’s been fast other times, there isn’t many people here. I didn’t even get offered a discount or something to mitigate the time I spent waiting.
