H-E-B — Local services in Mission

I would proudly always say I love my HEB, HEB is my go to store for my everyday needs for our home, however Elena who works at the fuel store located on the corner of Conway & Griffin pkwy in Mission ,Tx has been extremely rude to paying customers who choose to go to this store for the convenience of the parking and specifically to grab a iced cold Mr.Pibb since this location offers it . My husband and his partner drive a Utility bucket truck for their line of work and work 12 hours out in the hot sun to provide for our family just as anyone else does. Elena has made it a point to harass my husband and his partner out of the HEB parking lot for no reason. They do not block anything and park away from traffic. I will no longer be giving HEB business if this is the kind of people they employ that harass honest working men who are just trying to get a cold drink and snack to continue their day out in the 100 degree weather outside. Today 7/25/2024 Elena had the audacity to tell my husband I’ve already notified my manager. HEB please do better on your customer...

I was visiting my aunt in my home town in mission tx, after 20 years, well my experience was awful when it came to customer service there was this tall gray hair guy behind the window and my aunt was trying to send money to her niece for a funeral, that just happened, I was trying to help her cuz she never done the western union thing, this man was ignoring me and asking her the questions my aunt is old so she kept telling me what did he said and I kept repeating everything, I kept telling him she doesn't understand you and he kept ignoring me and talking to her, I have never sent money either so I was in the blank too...but if you put someone behind a counter, let them be more polite to someone that never done something in their inter life..this is going to be a bad experience in my home town after returning in...

I'm never disappointed. 1st choice for reasonably priced higher quality produce. Store brands are as good as name brands and cost MUCH less. This crazy economy has me focusing on costs more than at any other time in my life. I don't drive my car any more than necessary. I am finding the only time I do grocery shopping at Walmart is when I have to go there for a bunch of "Walmart stuff" and will do all my shopping in one stop. Some of the upscale HEBs, we call them Gucci B are a joy to wander through... tortilla machine in the bakery, huge fresh fish and meat departments BBQ grills cooking up a storm, fresh sushi guys doing their thing and sooo much more.
