I don’t know where to start.
I suppose I’ll stary with the beans since that’s the first item they served me. They were ok tasting but were barely warm. Charro beans on a cold day, or on any day are better hot.
Next, they brought us the drinks. The lemons they served us were dry and oxidarse. They had been cut or prepped days ago. I don’t run a kitchen by at home I slice all produce the day it’s to be cooked or served. Fresh is best.
On to the main meal. I ordered the tostadas. I saw on the menu that they use mazorella cheese on most of their menu items. I don’t get that, specially when there are so many choices of more traditional Mexican cheeses available. I asked if they had queso fresco, and was pleased to learn that hey did. So I asked that they substitute queso fresco on the tostadas from the mazzorella they typically Serve. The tostadas arrived at my table with what I’m sure was queso fresco from a bag. Yes a Mexican restaurant buys the queso fresco already grated in a bag. I suppose it takes a long time to grate some fresh queso fresco on an order of tostadas and hats why they have to buy the processed stuff to save time.
Word of caution, their pico de gallo is mostly onions, I’m not exaggerating. The plate looked like it had a disproportionate amount of onions compared to the tomatoes and the green peppers. And i understand that recipients vary from place to place. But this place, again, serves a hugely disproportionate amount of onions in their version of that...

Worst experience ever today. My husband ordered a taco pirata like he always does and the waiter brought him tacos pirata so the four little flour tortillas instead of the one big one and when we call the waiter for him to fix it he says he’s going to charge both orders. Then we ask politely to speak to the manager and he acts like we’re to blame. The manager fixes the problem and when the waiter brings the food the order is missing avacado. I start to eat my potato and the thing I seems like it’s reheated because the shell is rock hard. I didn’t want to keep having to call the manager so I didn’t say anything. Then at the end when we were paying the waiter tried to charge us the first order when we clarify that we weren’t going to pay for that order the manager asks us if we could get the 46 cents because they didn’t have change for cash. We came in at 10 pm there were only 2 tables and 4 waiters, they gave us our order at 10:27 pm
The waiters look like kids and they all usually stand up and walk around between the back room and the front ( i respect that they are young and are trying to work hard but they still need skills on customer service )
We ordered 2 different orders (around 10:05 pm) I had already place they order and then the waiter forgot what I had ordered so he had to ask again my order all over again
And then the waiter wanted for us to pay right away when he hadn’t even placed the orders yet
Everybody left we still waited and they never gave us our order
I turned around and one of the girls snapped as they seem to have forgotten out food/ order
Then the girl speeds walk to the back and then goes to the kitchen drive thru area and they try to get out orders as they look thru the window to see if we are still...
