Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Texas

This has to be the worst operating Chick-fil-A. I visited Chick-fil-A often for breakfast, unfortunately this Chick-fil-A has terrible customer service and accuracy of processing orders. They messed up my orders in the past a couple times (but super minor) on several different visits but the third time I felt like that was too much. I called several times on August 12th when my order was messed up and no one answered, and I even left a voice message on their system, yet no staff or manager reached out because I just wanted to get the issued corrected. August 20th, my next visit, I came in the morning, explain my situation with the drive thru clerk and he said he will correct the meal. (I showed him the pictures of my incorrect food, my reciept and my call logs too). Get to the pick up window, manager wants to take care of it partially. Bad experience overall. I honestly wasted my time, gas and money. My best recommendation to all, is to not visit this...

I just came through the drive thru at 1:40 pm! I truly do not have words as to what I just witnessed while in the drive thru line. All employees were so sweet and nice and having a great time. When all of sudden I had down at my phone to check a message I was startled by a noise. When I looked over the manager all in black and very very long blonde hair slammed the straws on the table. 3 employees looked over to go man why so hard. The manager then continued with a massive attitude, and disrespect to her employees saying they were not doing anything. When 2 of which were stocking/cleaning out of the 3. I honestly would have quit right then, and there if I was ever treated that way by any management. This is truly disappointing and I hope the gm looks into this, because these employees deserve way better than that! Very...

I'm not a fan of this place because I think its overrated! I ordered a chicken sandwich combo with mac and cheese, and a "large" strawberry lemonade! I get to the window and its a medium...I said I asked for a large! The guy says oh its an upcharge for a large...In my head I'm saying i don't care about an upcharge that's ghe point of me telling the person that took the order! So he rings up .32¢, Im like all i have is my card! I paid the lil funky .32¢...you would think if it was a mistake on your staffs behalf you would right the wrong! I get home and you've already charged me .34¢ for lemonade and .40¢ for strawberry! Needless to say I won't be...
