barista girl was rude! i have been here everyday, with the same order, but today was a mess, started from the same drink. i usually did, a barista girl made the wrong ingredients (the last few gals did it really good and right as what i ordered and super friendly), i paid 5.98$ for my salted coffee drink with salted cold foam, the guy taking order he wrote it right, but when the drink came out, its totally different with what i had everyday, i keep asking if it my order is right, and the front desk gal was panic, he keep saying” yes it is right! its your order” , and i said” no, its not, i can tell the difference “, he turned back to the girl to doube check then the barista girl- who made the drink for me came up and tossed the cup to me , and shut the door, an action it showed of low key of disrespecting like" here is your drink , get the hell outta here" , i drove away, and tastes if i was wrong, so instead of she put salted cold foam for my drink, she put half of my venti cup with fulled of half and half milk, and made it super sweet( i ordered as 2 pumps of white mocha, but had no idea how many pumps of white mocha she put in there, but generally its terrible formula) , i called back to looking for store manager to complain about the barista girl with a rudeness, lack of customer service and tossed the drink to me and shut the drive through door in front of me. and someone on the phone line, stopped connecting me to the manager, he kept saying" manager is will be here in moments, 2 second later he said" the manager will be here tomorrow" and im sure the store manager is alway be there , or the business suppose to having supervisor be there to manage the store if manager not there. conclusion: there is such a thing, if you re new employees, go back to learn your skill, your manner , your behaviors , customer paying their money, they not happy if you didnt make it correctly ,but the fact of you being rude and uneducated behavior , got mad when customer complained is unacceptable plus, if the store manager cant solve the problem then this is why i ll never come...
Read moreI just had the most amazing time at Starbucks, and it's all because of Barista Eve! Seriously, if I could give more than five stars, I would.
The moment I walked in, I felt this cozy vibe that just screams "good coffee ahead." And then there's Eve—she's an absolute gem. Her smile and friendly attitude made me feel like I was catching up with an old friend rather than ordering coffee.
Eve didn't just take my order; she took the time to chat and recommend a drink that turned out to be a game-changer. It's like she has this sixth sense for knowing exactly what you need to make your day better.
The drink, of course, was spot-on. I've always loved Starbucks for its consistency, but this visit was next level. It's clear they take their coffee seriously, and it pays off in every sip.
What really sets this Starbucks apart is the people, and Eve is the heart of it. Her passion for what she does and the way she goes the extra mile for customers make this place feel like a community, not just a coffee shop.
In a world where good customer service can be hard to come by, Eve and Starbucks nailed it. I left with a grin on my face, a caffeine buzz, and a strong feeling that I've found my new favorite coffee spot.
If you're in the mood for great coffee and an even better experience, do yourself a favor and swing by. And if you're lucky, you might just run into the superstar herself—Barista Eve. She's...
Read moreWhen to the location at 242 and Harper’s terrace, this is the 3rd time we’ve been to this location. Wanted to give it at least 3 shots before writing a review. We frequent Starbucks, always get the bags of coffee from a Starbucks store and a drink while we are there. This location over the 3 visits has been the same. Terrible customer service, rude employees and rushed out the door coffee. The refill I got was stone cold and I was told that Starbucks doesn’t do refills which was new to me as I have gotten a refill every weekend for the past 2 yeas. I have been asked to scan the app for the free refill but never talked to like I was an idiot. The barista said “oh, we do refills now!” I said unless something has changed I believe so. I also was charged for 2 bags of coffee instead of one and when I questioned the cost the barista said he didn’t know why it was double and proceeded to charge it anyway. When I then asked for the receipt he walked away. Another employee had to come by and void the transaction and the correctly ring me up. Barista 2 also informed me that they do not do refills. Smh, This was the last time going to this location. I have never had a bad experience at a Starbucks and thought the first time it was a fluke. Do yourself a favor and drive a mile or so down the road to the another Starbucks for a much...
