This was the absolute worst service experience I have ever had at ANY Chick fil A! I had to turn into a whole KAREN over ice!! The line was long, the first person I encountered did not come to the car. She waited for us to pull up. This person could not tell me which location this was to make sure my mobile order was at the right one. I ask her how she worked there but did not know where she was. She gives me a blank stare and proceeds to take my order for 2 cups of ice. She tells me it’s 1.81. A cup of ice is ALWAYS free at every Chick fil A in every state I’ve traveled to. I tell her this and I get the blank stare again. I literally got this same thing about 2 hours earlier for no charge at another location. This is not worth arguing about so I try to give her 2.00 and she says I have to pay cash at the window. No , “thank you or my pleasure”…just back to leaning on her pole. I wait 5-7 minutes to get to the window where I am told, “We no longer sell ice.” I politely inform them that I could care less if it’s sold or given but after I am given a price and wait over 5 minutes in line I am not leaving without 2 cups of ice! The people at the window look confused and actually call the manager who ask how he can help me. I have to recount the whole thing over again and finally get 2 cups of ice for a fee. They did not even fill the cup but apparently they still sell it! This place was disorganized with several incompetent employees unfortunately. Corporate should definitely come visit and help them live up to Chick Fil...

Unfortunately, there isn't an way to substitute the fried chicken breast for a grill one, so you have to add an note requesting it...So I get my meal curbside delivery, greet the young lady for she is usually very pleasant, and I went on about my way...Get to destination only to find that not only was there an FRIED chicken breast but NO CHEESE...Well I called the restaurant back and explained the delimma to no avail...Ms Tiovanna S. was whom I spoke to and she went on to tell me that the grilled chicken is an extra fee and that's why I received what i did because I should have selected the option for grill...I reiterated that the option is not available and if she could explain to me so I will know in the future...She said she was busy right then and could not. I asked to speak to an manager she then told me she was the manager right then. I asked for corporate number and was given the wrong number...Fortunately the number was on the bag. I called in an complaint and was told that this will be followed up with the restaurant operator Tyler P ...Well I'm still waiting no call/ message or email...This is how you treat Red...
Read moreI have a slight bone to pick. I come to this location religiously because 1 it has the play area and 2 at first the employees were nicer here then the one by my house. But lately customer service has been slacking. My daughter dropped a little toy she had behind the play area. I asked the worker that was cleaning up if she could help in getting someone to get a key to see if they're able to get the toy out and she told me I could ask someone at the front. Mind you it was a lunch rush and I found the employee least busy to ask and she basically told me to f off. Now I know my child shouldn't have had the little toy I didn't realize she had it and if it was something I bought I would've just left it their but because it was a birthday gift from a coworker of mine I decided to ask. So anyways I went to the front and stood their for 5 minutes several employees walked by me and saw me and not one mustered up a simple "we'll be right with you" i ended up just leaving because I was getting irritated I mean a simple acknowledgment would've gone a long way.
