Please read all people but especially if your FBA, & or BLACK!. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE NO BUSINESS I REPEAT DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE NO BUSINESS!!!! The owners wife pulled a bait and switch on me just to get my name she allowed me to pay so she could get my ID and then she threatened to call and report me because of me having a child and that she would tell them I live in my car with my child. THEN TOLD ME WE CANT STAY AFTER PAYING!!!!!. I came a week earlier booked by the help of a freind. And she went balistic because my baby made a small potato chip mess on the floor the week before. Mind you I had bagged our trash picked up the best as I could but I'm not about to sweep with my bare hands thats not that hard for housekeeping to do with a broom. Also mind you I'm literally just recovering from a report that was made on me by a fake friend the last thing I need is for someone to threaten to call cps on me right now. But clearly satan has his agents all around. She was yelling at me the week before because I chose to open the door wide open and clear my things out the room. Saying I had to much stuff. Well guess what they have way to many cars in the parking lot that the owners own and park in the parking lot. You cant even find a place to park there but no one is yelling at them for having to many cars making it difficultt to find a parking spot. So far cars dont get towed for parking next door at the star bucks but that can very well happen if they chose to do so. Not to mention it is also a fire hazard to block the doors and driveway like they do with all the cars of the owners mind you.( I will be adding photos of how I left the room). I made pictures because of her yelling and sensing false accusations coming. You are in America lady not India you have no right to bring your Pakistani dot head abuse here! Lastly housekeeping leaves the tables and furniture sticky I wipe and sanitize it down before I even put anything in the room. Maybe you should have a chat with your illegally immigrant Mexicans that you hired but with respect instead of yelling at paying guests. - negative one star goes to this place for rudeness, lack of parking, broken TV remote, dirty ice box and tray in room placed on bathroom counter next to sink, sticky furniture, and floors. I booked 2 rooms at this hotel. One for me and my sister and another for my parents. I booked this hotel through Expedia and I booked it for 2 main reasons: kitchenette and complimentary breakfast. Expedia advertised that the rooms that I booked (non-smoking 1 king bed room) had a kitchenette. The kitchenette was listed in the amenities and it was in the slideshow of pictures for that particular room. When we checked in and went up to the rooms, neither of them had kitchenettes. I went downstairs to speak to the man at the front desk and he told me that the Expedia page was wrong and the only rooms in the hotel that had kitchenettes were the 2 queen bed rooms. Why was it advertised for a 1 king bed room that it has a kitchenette when that's wrong. He said I could pay to upgrade our rooms which was very annoying to me because it was falsely advertised and that was not on me. The second reason why I booked it was because of the complimentary breakfast. When we went down to the front desk in the morning, they told us that they didn't have complimentary breakfast "because of Covid". They had no other Covid precautions in place. None of the staff was wearing a mask, masks weren't enforced or anything like that. There was literally a sign in the front office that said "Complimentary Breakfast Served 6:00 AM - 9:00 AM" but they didn't serve breakfast. Now I completely understand Covid procedures, however; it didn't make any sense because they had a coffee and juice machines in the lobby available. If the reason for not serving breakfast is Covid, why would you have self-serve machines in the lobby? My last complaint is that I booked non-smoking rooms for both my parents and my sister and me and for whatever reason, the smoke detectors in both rooms were unplugged from the ceiling. Also, there was an ashtray right outside my parents room which was not ideal. To not make this review 100% about complaints, I will say that the rooms were clean, they had free parking and there was a lot of stores and restaurants around the hotel so...

ABSOLUTE WORST HOTEL SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD! The owners of this place watch you NON-STOP. I asked for an "extra" sheet for my 4 year old daughter and the owner told me "No, no extra for each room no." I pleaded with him because she is a little 4 yr old girl and was sleeping on a blowup air mattress we have, we just needed some sheets and maybe an extra blanket. FLAT OUT REFUSED. The wife isn't one bit better. She called my family "Nasties" ??? We are a normal upper class family, we explained on day one that we were waiting for our move in date this upcoming week to our new home and were planning on staying at the hotel (motel) through the week. After realizing the kind of people we were dealing with and the way we were treated by day 3 it was unbearable. Someone else commented that the staff keeps a close watch on its customers, this is BEYOND true. I felt stalked during my stay here, literally no exageration. My every move. The fire alarm went off while my husband was at work and I was conversing with a "neighbor" resident (next room over), as we all had to come out because of the alarm. The owner rushed up to us while we were speaking outside and said that we "MUST go back to our rooms. You cannot be near another guest no no no. You go back to room NOW." I mean... seriously? What in the world is wrong with this man? I would never recommend this place to somebody I hated, unless it were a sick twisted joke. Can't speak lower of this place. BTW GIANT cockroaches, I'm seriously not just saying this bc of the staff, there was the BIGGEST Roach in our room crawling right across the TV stand.
