Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings — Restaurant in Texas

I went into Walmart to stop by the bank but the line was long and I was hungry so I stopped by Charleys to grab something to eat. I got the Cinnamon Crunch milkshake and an order of the mozzarella sticks. Shawndreka took my order and he was phenomenal and provided outstanding customer service. He let us know he’d be right with us while he was wrapping up with the customer ahead of us, and he remained just as communicative and patient. I like milkshakes that are thicker and he was honest when I asked him about the consistency of theirs. He went out of his way to make me mine and it definitely met my standards and I liked the unique flavor of the milkshake. From what I observed, the whole team seemed well run and on top of it. I’d say it’s worth trying if you are running errands...

I ordered a couple of Philly Cheesesteaks and cheese fries. I parked in the designated curbside spot and hit “I’m Here” in both the email and on the app. Nobody ever came out. Eventually I went into the store and saw my order sitting at the pick-up spot. Annoyed, I just grabbed it and left. I didn’t want to wait any longer than I already had. After getting home, I realized that they didn’t provide the cheese fries like a paid for and instead put a random bag of chips and a cookie. The food was decent, but it’s basically pointless to order online or use their curbside. Unfortunate, considering this is a brand new location and this is how things are going right...

Very disappointing. I was so glad to see that there was a Charley's inside the Walmart as my family loves their strawberry lemonade and always gets it at another location. When we went to order one there were no other customers but we still had to wait for 5 minutes. None of the workers bothered to acknowledge us, I would have waited if I had at least been asked to wait. We ended up walking out as that was not the case. Definitely...
