Donāt go!!
Made a reservation for a bday party for 25 people on a Tuesday night.
Management didnāt record the reservation properly.
The lack of responsibility and desire to correct the error was absolutely shocking.
They sat us a portion of us at a 12 person table. Obviously that wasnāt enough seats.
The host of the party asked to be moved to one of the many larger/open spaces and was denied.
The host was understandably frustrated with the lack of concern by the on site manager and was TOLD to sit down. Quite ironic as there was not enough seats and the nexus of the problem.
An hour later, additional seats opened up next to our table. We had to ask several times to have them bussed to be able to site the rest of our party.
We repeatedly asked if we could add those tables to our group. Waited another 20-30 minutes.
No one would come clean them so I picked up the plates myself. One of the staff members we had already spoken to asked me to put the plates down and assured me they would get someone over. Other patrons could see me cleaning the tables, so I presume that was the impetus for their reluctant assistance.
We were then told we could not join the tables together that were next to each other because 1 of the 3 tables 3 was assigned assigned to a different server.
Either they have no problem solving ability or they again were purposefully being difficult.
The waitress did the best she could to negotiate the managers blatant lack of interest to accommodate our large party and our desire to get through the party and not ruin the evening for everyone.
The management never apologized for not recording the reservation (or 4 others we heard discussed at the counter that same night).
My party felt unwanted by the manager and neglected by all but 1 waitress who did the best she could.
There were a lot of people in this party with ties to influential groups in this area. The community of Cypress is small and our network of sharing info about our experiences places is wide.
You should treat all of your patrons with kindness and when you make a mistake do your best to rectify it.
For many people in the group, it was the first time eating here. None of us will never eat here again. I hope the owner will see this review and evaluate who they have chosen to represent them as the face of their business and when that is a poor choice see how it can effect...

This motivates me to continue to give the establishment business and refer them to family and friends. I appreciate your response and will definitely try other dishes. My husband wanted the sirloin that night, and was not available. But will try others. Thank you.
April 6, 2025**Customers BE AWARE: We closed our tab and decided to pay cash. I made the math on my head knowing I was going to get about $35 and change back. I knew I wanted to give waitress a $10 tip. Waitress brought change back and I gave her $10 right away. I counted my change and it was $16. For some reason she missed my change by $10 more dollars. I want to believe that there was a mistake and not believe that the waitress pocketed the $10 thinking I was not going to notice. What ever the reason, it's not acceptable to not verify the change back and to give the wrong change. I felt very cheated, so please check your tabs and change.
First time visiting this place. We have kids, so a place to dine with a playground is a plus. Visited Sunday evening. The Goodšš»: The indoor and outdoor dining area is perfect. The indoor has a stage for live music. It's very cozy and welcoming. Has a big screen on stage to watch games or so. By the restrooms, there's arcade games and a few other games. Outdoor area has a covered area with tables and also tables out in the open. There's a big screen outdoors to watch games with lawn chairs. For the kids, three playgrounds. Very awesome. The bad šš»: The incorrect change was disappointing. The cowboy nachos were not good for my taste and not worth the price. That BBQ with cheese was not a good combination. The Mac and cheese was not great and not cheesy.
Overall, place is good to hang and take kids, but not the best in food. Maybe I will give it one...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreHorrible experience tonight. A very large group from Christ the Redeemer Catholic School were there and the kids were rude, disrespectful and mean. They were throwing the football in the outdoor area where we were seated and it came at me probably at least twenty times during my meal. I had to constantly be on guard of being hit myself or my food/drink being knocked down. The parents laughed if they bothered to notice at all; never once was a single child corrected. There were small kids out there, including my special needs daughter, and they were knocked down, run over, and hit with the balls. The kids never once apologized and actually told the little kids to get out of the play area. My daughter was told multiple times that she couldnāt play with them. I am mostly upset about the irresponsible parents and their kids, but I also felt like Creekwood should at least attempt to say something when balls are flying at other peopleās meals⦠Our server was so kind but she was overwhelmed with tables indoors so we rarely saw her.
Edited to respond⦠I definitely do not think itās the establishmentās responsibility to watch the kids in the play area, but thought balls flying at diners and the food they paid for would at least be considered unacceptable enough to intervene. if footballs and soccer balls being kicked and thrown at guests (and actually hitting them and their tables) is acceptable to the establishment, then actually yes that will prevent me from returning. I assumed that the establishment was overwhelmed and did not notice, but if that is just the accepted risk of dining here, then I will happily...
