I visited the location above today around 5:42 pm and went through the drive to order our dinner. Of course, with anticipation, I checked my order because the last time I came, they messed up my order, and I didn't say anything. Well, this time was not any different. The extra-large chili cheese tater tots were large plain tater tots, and my no. 1 hamburger still had onions even though I ordered it without (shown on the receipt).
What upset me the most was after going into the store to ask for the employees to fix the mistake, I overheard them state, "Well, if she won't pay for it, just let her have it...if she makes a big deal out of it." First and foremost, I didn't have a problem paying for it when I ordered it, nor did I have a problem insisting I pay for it before I left. But it was wrong for them to say this or even imply it. First and foremost, you should have just asked me politely and informed me that I wasn't charged correctly the first time cause your employee's mistake. I still would have happily paid for the addition of food.
A little professionalism needs to be taught here. I don't think it is appropriate to treat customers this way. IF you messed up my order, it really should have been on you. NOT me. Please review the management and employees along with how things are run at this store is all I ask. Teach them to be more professional with customers and get orders...
Read moreWhen we arrived on New Year's Eve around 7:40 pm, the 3 workers we could see were all handling to-go orders and the drive-thru. The young hispanic male worker came out a few times and asked us to wait.
This was fine, we waited 5 minutes before he was ready to take our order. But he got distracted again by the caucasian female worker who came out to try and turn off the iPads to stop accepting delivery orders. It was clear that they were trying to deter new customers even though the store closed at 9pm.
They brought our milkshake and fries to our table, which we appreciated. But the hispanic male was very passive aggressive, walking by and asking us for the time - it as 8:15 pm - and then coming by again later at 8:40 pm to let us know that they were closing at 9pm. We told them we knew, we were planning on leaving in about 10 minutes, but the staff was clearly visibly annoyed.
The store was empty and we had already cleaned up so that we could leave, but these young kids working had no sense of customer service. This was our go-to for late night ice cream in the neighborhood, but after this experience, we'll definitely be...
