Good morning, today we decided to go to Dennys since I started a diet and I am looking for a place to eat to continue a day of many commitments, we arrived at the place at 3:50 pm and my order was requested, it took 30 minutes for I decided to ask about the food and they told me that it would take about 10 more minutes, I found that with the place totally empty without any customers it is not prepared to serve the customer efficiently, it is the first time that this has happened to me in this place so I decided to pay for the soda that my wife had just tasted, to which a lady (I think it was a manager) told me at that moment that the food was almost ready, so I refused to wait any longer and they did not charge me for the soda, the case is How annoying that you want to go to one of your favorite food places and the service is so poor, I gave it one star because it is the least, if I could give it less, believe me I would, it would be difficult for me to return to such a horrible place…. But since you refused to face your customers about the FALSE ADVERTISEMENT FLASHING WITH BRIGHT LIGHTS PROMOTING A SPECIAL THAT YOU ARE NOT HONORING TO FALSELY ATTRACT POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS, i will reach out to you on here. After seeing your special promotion for the budget friendly $2, $4, $6, and $8 menu being offered i was happy to be able to treat my son to dinner out that i was able to afford. After entering the restaurant and placing our drink order i asked to order from the advertised special of the $2, $4, $6, $8 menu. That is when I was told the promotion was not being honored and I asked to speak with Faheem, the owner, who was there at the time. Our server went to get the owner and came back to tell me the owner left out the side door when told a costumer wanted to speak with him. Also our server was told by the owner to tell me the sign was broke. This sign had been "broke" for over 6 months! Because the last time the same promotion was advertised, the same excuse was given for not honoring it...
Read moreVery disappointed in this Denny's, I used to love going to Denny's but this Denny's really made me not want to go to a Denny's ever again. My poor waitress, Abby, was left to do everything for everyone, do other people's job, and fix messes clearly left by the last shift. The floor was really sticky, and tables weren't that great either. Food was practically frozen, which Abby kept apologizing for, but it wasn't her fault. They were also out of a lot of ingredients, because apparently they weren't allowed to order more supplies, seems like a problem on management's end. They didn't have any juice, fruit, or vegetables. They were even out of napkins. I don't know how you can run a restaurant, especially a Denny's, without ordering the necessary ingredients and supplies to keep the store running ?!?!? Also when I went to the restroom before leaving and there was roaches in there! I don't mean one teeny tiny roach (even that would be a problem) there was multiple roaches just crawling around on the walls and floors, it was absolutely disgusting! If you do go make sure you get Abby, I just hope she's still...
