Denny's — Restaurant in Texas

We went for breakfast Everything was going ok until we told the waitress we were ready to order and she said “no, im gonna come back later” and left. Tool a while to come back and when she did she forgot to bring a glass of water and said “i’ll go get the water” but since it took her about 15 minutes to go back to our table after we told her we were ready to order and she said she said no and left, we told her to not go get the water and just take our order. She rolled her eyes and started making faces and when my mom said “i want this” and pointed at the menu this waitress got even more attitude and said “and whats this i dont know whats this” so my mom pointed at it again and the waitress said “this , has a name give me the name because i don understand if you just say this” even tho my mol was pointing at it im the menu. Young hispanic waitress with airpods on. We asked for a different server since she wanted to be rude after refusing to take our order the first time and making us wait and giving us attitude and then she started yelling at us. She went in the kitchen and i wonder what she said to the manager because they were just pointing at us and manager refused to go talk to us when from the beginning she was the one refusing to take our order and leave us waiting Awful service we left. Everything was fine when we arrived we were seated by a waitress named Natasha and told her that our table was dirty because there was like breadcrumbs all over it and she seem to have an attitude did a poor job cleaning the table and then when we told her that there were still crumbs on the table. She seemed annoyed & offered to have us moved and so we did so. We got our food and my mother had her order made wrong. Supposedly it was a trainee who made her food. My mom told Natasha that her food was made wrong, and Natasha seem to be bothered by the fact that her food was made wrong. Natasha offered my mom to have her food remade. My mom declined just told her like hey you know like my eggs were not made the way that they were supposed to be made. Natasha just left and went back to the kitchen, but her body language showed a big attitude. My mom also ordered an English muffin that arrived hard as a rock. When it came time to pay, my mom was asked how was the food by the trainee and she gave her honest opinion, saying that it was bad and how her eggs are cooked wrong and mentioned the hard muffin. Overall, it just felt like a big waste of money. And we also didn’t come to eat to deal with...

We recently went yesterday my husband & I. Food is good. But the service is terrible the last two times we’ve gone we gotten this waitress Nicole P. I understand there’s rough days but we’re paying customers & every time we get our food we’re eating & literally 5 mins while eating she brings us ticket we’re going to pay but that’s rude & after she’ll come & check up on us once if not my husband usually has to ask. The other time we went she was frustrated because she says a cooked called off last minute and we completely understand things happen but does not mean give a terrible service I asked for no sausage and my plate had sausage I nicely told her & she responded with well I told the cook okay I’ll tell them again. But when they get their regular customers they get good service. & we don’t. We always tip yesterday I had enough & did not tip at all. We went in the morning I believe around 6am. But the Latina lady in the morning omg she’s so sweet the sweetest lady I wished I knew her name she checks up on you sees your about to be done eating & brings you your ticket ask if we would like anything else so nice.
