Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Texas

Not sure what is going on. I've been a customer of dominoes for years and I'm talking have an acct and all! Rewards earned for over 8 or 9 years. Moved to a new area in Cypress and was moved unfortunately to a new store on Barker Cypress. The best thing was the young kind delivery drivers. We've never ever had a problem even if the pizza wasn't the best as the other locations we never complained. They've had even a grumpy older male delivering and we put up with him several times. No complaints just pay and tip. Now all of a sudden they no longer deliver to our address. My son is an athlete so he loves pizza. I tell him order MOD but no he wants dominoes. Well now he's learned why I no longer deal with them. Spoke to a manager no update. How is it that a customer of over 9 years is treated this way. Very safe neighborhood, great family so what could possibly be their excuse. He called and no one could tell him anything. Even signed up for their app same thing. Called customer service main number as advised by the store. The phones or reps not answering or don't work. I had to leave this review. As we will no longer be customers of this location. The prior location is Stafford 77477 and Cypress 77429 were amazing stores. This one is horrible and per the reviews it...

This is the worst location I’ve ever ordered. I waited for my order only to be delivered to the wrong address. They have the incorrect address for me, i've updated it multiple times. They young lady who answered said the "Manager" said they would remake it. I waited another 1/2 hr to call to get status, I was greeted with a rude employee who said the manager was too busy to talk to me. I physically went the store to get a resolution. When I went to the store the manager didn't acknowledge me when I asked speak with him, said he was busy making pizzas. The other employee had an attitude because I was complaining after not having my pizza after over an hour. The manager claimed he didn't know anything about remaking my order. He said we can make your order which means it would have been another 30 mins to bake. When I asked for the manager and general manager info he said that was personal information and couldn't give it out. I left without my pizza having to order McDonalds after waiting over 1 1/2 hrs for 2 medium pizzas. I tried to give them another chance after the 1st issue, I will never go to this Barker...

Where to start... First off I came in one day and there was a toddler behind the counter eating a random piece of chicken and touching where the pizzas were made. that was the first red flag. 2nd the service was horrible there's a skinny Hispanic girl with tattoos that helped and when I tell you her attitude was the most horrendous thing I had ever experienced, I am a frequent dominos flyer and love their pizza but this turned me off. this location is by far the worst I've ever been to. manager is horrible and the staff is just as bad. she was literally making the pizza as this toddler was touching all the cheese and supplies underneath.
