I was looking online for a new nailshop close to my home & this one was recommended & Tracy was too. I made an appointment yesterday for today at 12pm. I wanted a fullset & pedicure. The guy technician who did my feet was AWESOME & thorough. More than halfway into my pedicure I was informed that 3 ppl were in front of me for a "designs & fullsets that cost $100" I was unaware that my service was not as important as the triple booked appointments that were in front of me. So, I got pushed off onto a different technician who was clearly a novice at what I wanted and she also kept breathing with frustration during my service. She had to have the original lady Tracy who was triple booked help her with my nails. 6 out of 10 of my nails have a different shape..which I felt was odd & unprofessional bc it's a brand new set!! They both kept apologizing which further let me know my service was not on a professional level. I felt highly disappointed, I didnt go off like I wanted to, I was patient BUT IF YOU EVER WANT TO FEEL UNIMPORTANT OR THAT YOUR TIME & MONEY AREN'T VALUABLE DEFINITELY GO HERE & WASTE YOUR DAY..THEY ARE PROFESSIONALS AT THIS!!!! This was my 4th time coming to this nail salon I love Tracy’s work that’s why I continue to book with HER I made an appointment for 5pm I got there early and she had no customers she was getting a pedicure which was fine so I decided that I would get my polish removed and get them polished while I waited until my appointment time. I got done and she was almost done with her her pedicure and she said give me 5 more minutes I said okay that’s fine I guess one of her other clients came in and he was more important than the appointment that I had booked so she puts me off on another nail tech to do my nails and I said um okay so I let Kim do my nails and this set was the worst set that I’ve had since coming here I just felt like that was very unprofessional of her and rude more than likely won’t...

Drove about and hour to this location and it did not disappoint! The gentlemen named nick did my pedicure and took his sweet time and paid attention to detail. My pedicure was relaxing and I enjoyed the pampering part especially when he got me a goooood margarita. As far as my full set Ms. Tracy did not come to play! I waited a few days to post just to make sure the set is able to last and they look as if I just got them done today! ( some locations their sets be looking a week old after two days). I did a classic French set with a twist and she stenciled butterflies. She’s a straight up artist! They look perfect. The total amount for services were about 135 a bit pricier but worth it for sure!
