STEER CLEAR OF THE NEW CANEY TEXAS DOMINOES if you want a smooth order and a nice quick meal with your family....I ordered 3 of the exact same Philly cheese steak oven baked sandwiches. All 3 were to have all the exact same ingredients, a very easy order! that was all that I ordered. And the order was made quick and got out the door quick. I watched the tracker. The guy was 1 minute away from my house.His name is PAUL. And suddenly he took a left turn and went Fifteen to twenty minutes in the wrong direction. So I called the store to alert them and to ask him what is he doing and why did he take a WRONG TURN, And why was he Sitting in a parking lot somewhere for over 10 to 15 mins?! BUT By the time someone answered the phone at that location PAUL was already in the store. Squawking like a chicken IN THE BACKGROUND SO LOUD screaming at the girl who was talking to me for her to hang up on me, which she did. I called back. I quickly asked for a refund and to speak to a manager. The girl sounded ghetto as hell and yelled out VERY loud in the store. "SHE WANNA TALK TO ONE OF YALL!" And then immediately put me on hold with elevator music. Mind you, I've done nothing wrong.At all , just waiting on my food for Over an hour and on the first call to the store.She tells me "oh, he's been trying to call you.He said you should have Answered your phone" NOPE! the entire time that I was waiting on my food.I was out on my porch with my phone in my Hand looking at the tracker route he was on in real time. So my phone did NOT RING, I did not get my food.I only got a PARTIAL REFUND THEY KEPT THE DELIVERY FEES AND THE DRIVER'S TIP AMOUNT ( An amount that I CHOSE to tip before.I even got my order because you have to do that these days... you have to tip for food you haven't even seen) Anyways, I'm gonna go up there.I'm getting everyone's names and i'm gonna get to the bottom of this and I want to know, if there was managers present during that call. I want to know who the 'ONE OF YALL' were.
Just so unprofessional, no accountability. I have never in my life witnessed such chaos in a place. That is supposed to be organized. Professional and have managers on staff once that know how to de-escalate. Ones that know how to take control once that know go through the steps to rectify an issue with a customer.
And for that young man to be allowed to scream in the store.The way he did and demand someone hang up the phone on a customer???? I'm not letting this go.I've never been treated this way.I have been a very , very loyal customer to domino's For over eighteen years and I will get to the bottom of this! And Paul does not need to be a face for anyone's business until he learned some professionalism manners and customer service skills. I mean that young man was screaming at the top of his lungs and everything he told the girl to do she did. He would not let me get a word in. Because he knows that he is the one who made the mistake and does not want to take accountability for either putting in the wrong address or for not listening to the directions of the G.P.S
How do you go from being 1 minute away to delivering the food to being 15 to 20 minutes away.Hell, please tell me and it makes me wonder.What in the hell was he doing for so long in that parking lot ?! I. Want an investigation done into this by corporate or the franchise owner!!! My family and I did not deserve that and my husband did not much appreciate hearing that young man screaming from across the room.Yes my husband could hear it through the phone across the room. And to the young lady who listened and did everything.Paul told her to you not know how to think.For yourself why jeopardize your employment for someone who obviously is unhinged?

Read moreWe have a family tradition to do Pizza on Friday night. This is the only reasonable location to us but we love it, because this was our go-to franchise before we moved to this area.
Over the last several weeks, the service and accuracy hasn't been awesome. Last week, the pizza we ordered was sausage and mushroom, we got a cheese. This week, the app indicated that the order was done, but when I got there, they told me I must have placed it at another location. I double check, see that it's the right one and swing around again but give them the order number. I'm then told it'll be out in 20 minutes. I swing around a third time and then they tell me they have to make the order brand new but will give me a free soda. I swing around a fourth time and they hand me the pizzas and immediately close the window...I guess there's no free soda.
This location is literally down the road from us but after this and the other experiences, I think we're ready for...
Read moreI don't typically write reviews but as I personally tend to rely more and more on customer feedback, I decided to write this review I placed an order for delivery on Sunday evening, gave my credit card information over the phone and paid for my pizza. I was told it would be delivered in 25-35 minutes. Well an hour later I call to check on my order and the "manager" Adriana (or something like that) said they didn't have an order that was placed from my number or my address. After arguing with the manager about the fact that I did place an order with them (I verified it was the Dominos on 242) I hung up and sure enough they had charged and creditted my card. So obviously they did get my order but failed to make and deliver it. Someone (the manager) was unwilling to take accountability for her or her teams failure. Needless to say I will not be ordering from here again. A simple "I'm so sorry, we messed up. Let's make this right" would...
