I just went into this store and never will again. The two managers one named Edwin ran my daughters card on their machine and swiped it more than 3 times for 20.55 and 3.15 and it took my daughters money and it is not showing up on their side at all. Took more than they were suppose to. I even showed them the money taken out and they still would not accommodate me as a customer and just give me the pizza She received her 3.15 refund but not her 20.55. We had our minds set on eating pizza and don't have money to waste.I will be reaching out to the high ups about this and to make sure my daughter gets her 20.55 refunded back. I deal with customer service everyday, and what I seen tonight from the managers is clearly not customer service. I would rather eat dog food than to order anything at that location again.

I’ve been ordering regularly from this Domino’s location for the past 3 years since it’s so close to where I live. Lately, the pizzas (specifically the toppings as well as the crust) have been steadily going down. I used to order the Brooklyn/NY style but the crust got worse each time so I’ve been ordering the pan crust more recently.
While I don’t expect a four topping pizza to have a ton of toppings, the last few pizzas had hardly enough toppings to even taste any. The sauce has also been lacking.
Because the app is so reliable and easy to use, I’ll still be ordering pizza from Domino’s but I’ll have to try another...

honestly, Alex is the worst human I’ve ever met or manager in my entire life. Had to take a detour, showed up at midnight and they were already eating my food. Very disrespectful. They didn’t have a care in the world. I would’ve fired this manager ASAP. His teeth are nasty, and you can already tell that the business practice is not superior to Domino’s standards.
