Personally, I'm a Pizza Hut guy, but my wife doesn't care too much for em, so since she was buying, Domino's it is. So my wife placed an order for us for 2 medium pizzas, a few drinks, and cinnasticks. About an hour had passed and the tracker was still stuck in the same position. So, I decided to call them and check the status of the order and they said that the driver had just returned and will be on the way shortly. about 15 minutes later the pizzas and cinnasticks are delivered, cold, and without the drinks. So I call them back to let them know that the order came and that the drinks were missing (which occurs frequently with them). After speaking with her manager the young lady informs me that the manager had informed her that in order for them to deliver the drinks (the very same ones that THEY forgot to deliver) they would have to charge me a delivery fee. Why you have to charge a delivery fee for something you forgot to deliver, I will never know. To top it all off, there was no icing packet with the cinnasticks. So we have, 2 cold pizzas that tastes like burnt cardboard with tomato sauce, cold pieces of hard cinnamon bread with no drinks.
I do want to mention that they did offer to credit the account, and they actually did it this time, so that was nice, but seeing that the pizza is mid on a good day, I would have much rather have had the drinks just be...

It was my first time ordering and encountering with this location with the manager, Jonah. My pizza took over an hour to prepare which wasn’t the big issue, the issue was when I asked Jonah why is it that the pizza was taking so long when I received an estimate time for my pizza to be ready in 20 mins, and he responds with and I quote, “Don’t look at me, it’s not my fault that I’m understaff and don’t have any staff available to work today.” That’s not how any MANAGER should ever speak to a customer. I will not be back at this location and will advised everybody to go to a different Dominoes. They got our pizza wrong (which I get happens) and usually if it’s wrong we just eat it but last night they put something that I am allergic to on it. When I called for a remake they said I would have to give the incorrect pizza back for “quality assurance purposes” which is fine because I can’t eat it anyways. However, when a young man brought me the correct pizza he was very rude and this morning when we left our place we saw that he had thrown the incorrect pizza I gave back to him on the floor outside our door.
