Literally the worst domino's I have ever dealt with. I made an order a few days ago and it never was delivered. After an hour and a half of waiting I called the store. The order got canceled. I was not made aware of the change. The manager had mentioned they had called and the number was incorrect. I clarified my phone number 3 different times and asked the clerk to verify it, but apparently she still got the digits wrong. Okay, so its a mistake, I can understand that, things happen. The manager did not try and make things right, no discounts, nothing, but I wasn't mad. Things happen, mistakes happen.
Next order was great, got everything on time and hot and delicious.
Tonight I ordered, waited an hour, nothing. Called the store. I was informed the driver broke down who had my order. Okay, again, things happen outside of our control. Manager again does nothing to fix the situation, just tells me my order will be there in about 30 more minutes. So I confirm that I'm getting cold pizza? And this manager has the audacity to tell me, "No, its in the bag, it will be fine". Like really? So a plate of food sits under a hot lamp for over an hour in a restaurant and it's still "fine"? Give me a BREAK! Again, no discounts, nothing for my patients. So I'm typing this while waiting on the new driver to deliver my 1.5 hours "hot" pizza with no remediation to the situation. So I will give this domino's a 66% failure rating.

From the moment I placed my order, I knew I was in for a great experience, but I was absolutely blown away by the service I received from the delivery driver, Red. Seriously, Ref deserves a raise, a promotion, and maybe even a day named in their honor.
First off, the pizza arrived way faster than I expected. I'm talking warp-speed delivery here! And when the driver handed me the pizza, it was like receiving a gift from the pizza gods themselves. The box was perfectly intact, the pizza was piping hot, and the driver had the biggest, most genuine smile I've ever seen. She was beyond friendly and kind to us.
But it wasn't just the speed and the smile that impressed me. Red went above and beyond in every possible way. They navigated my tricky housing complex like a seasoned pro, they remembered my request for extra sauces without me even having to ask, and they even wished me a great evening with such sincerity that I felt like I'd made a new friend. This wasn't just a pizza delivery; it was an experience! I'm not exaggerating when I say that Red is a shining example of how customer service should be. They've set the bar so high that I don't think any other delivery driver will ever be able to measure up. So, to the amazing, RED who brought joy and deliciousness into our lives, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You're a true hero, and I hope your manager recognizes what a valuable asset you are...
Read moreJust ordered $63 worth of food and drinks from here for them to show up at my door telling me to sign the receipt for only two items of food and two drinks. The guy obviously blamed it on the store and told me he would be right back. I was absolutely so irritated as this is not the first time BUT third time I've had similar problems with this location that I left to go get food myself immediately after he drove off..The dominos location is about 10 to 15 minutes from my house and as soon as I pull out of the driveway he comes speeding down the road a street over from my house from the opposite direction of the store to my house. As if he actually thought that I was going to eat food he accidentally gave to the wrong house. That is so DISGUSTING I can't even believe it. I called into the store to make sure I was refunded my money on my card as I would never pay for food that was taken to someone else's home. I have no idea if they ate it or touched my food. The lady was so rude about it and acted irritated with me for wanting a refund!!! As if any of this is my fault?! The management really needs to reevaluate who they are hiring and they certainly need to work on their customer service! This is insane!
