I never thought Iād be writing a review like this, especially about a place Iāve been coming to for three years. My family and I have always enjoyed Dominoās it's been our go-to spot for Friday night dinners, celebrations, or just a quick bite. But after my most recent experience, Iām heartbroken, upset, and honestly in disbelief.
Every time Iāve had to deal with Jake, the experience has been nothing short of terrible. He is consistently rude, dismissive, and seems like heās bothered just by the fact that customers are even there. Iāve always tried to be patient and give the benefit of the doubt maybe heās having a bad day, maybe heās stressed but enough is enough. Itās every single time. The way he treats customers, especially loyal ones, is completely unacceptable.
What hurt the most was this last visit when Jake was downright rude to my child. A kid. My child simply asked about the pizza being late, and Jake snapped back with a nasty tone that shocked both of us. I was stunned. My child looked hurt and confused, and as a parent, thatās something I wonāt forget. It takes a lot for me to feel this shaken, but no child deserves to be talked to like that ā especially not in a place thatās supposed to be family-friendly.
Jake shows no people skills, no patience, no courtesy nothing that reflects the values of good customer service. His attitude is cold, condescending, and at times even aggressive. The way he acts, itās as if the customers are a burden, not the reason the business exists.
And letās not even talk about the food when heās handling the order itās consistently wrong, cold, or slapped together without care. It almost feels intentional at this point. Iāve spoken up about it before, but nothing changes.
Iām writing this review because I want management and whoever needs to see this to understand the emotional toll this has taken on us. Iāve stayed loyal to this Dominoās for years, and itās painful to feel so disrespected and dismissed, especially when my child is involved.
I sincerely hope this is taken seriously. No customer should have to feel this way. I wonāt be returning until there is real accountability and change. Jakeās behavior is not just poor service itās unprofessional, hurtful, and completely unacceptable. As of 5_29/22, I will not order from this Dominoes again. I came into the store to order pizza and inquired about could I redeem my pizzas that had accumulated. Hay (asst manager) was rude and I perceived him to be arrogant with zero people skills. Ke kept on saying you have to use the app I told him that I would 0ay and it was no problem. I was just asking. I frequent this Dominoes since is very close to home and I make it a point to be nice because of his unpleasantness, but today took the cake! He made this crust bites full of grease, which were suppose to be garlic twist. There was absolutely NO bread in them. When I requested he remake them larger, his response was "Your just gonna get the same thing". WHY?? Why couldn't you make them better. At least make them the size of those in the advertised pic?
