A week ago I ordered pizza and requested it handed to me on delivery. Pizza never came. Called and they said they left it outside someone’s door that clearly wasn’t mine. Manager advised would have order remade and delivered. Waited 30 plus minutes and called as I’d asked them to have the driver call me and not just leave my order. Manager said driver went to a house and the person clearly asked why you were bringing them another pizza. So they were delivering my pizza again to the wrong address. Instead of the driver calling the person who ordered they went back to store. Not sure how hard it is to call the person who ordered if you can’t verify the address. I provided the correct address as I know my address. Never had this issue with any other pizza delivery companies. Will never order dominos again as they clearly like to waste gas and resources on delivering to wrong home. They have always rang door bell and waited for me to answer. Read moreVery poor customer service. I walked into the store with my daughter and there were about 8 people there working. No one greeted nor cared to even acknowledge us. After some time, one of them came closer to the counter and I greeted him but he ignored me and asked for name. I told him and he went and got our order and verifying we have already paid, he left our order on the counter and walked away. As he was walking away from me, I asked him if this was a silenced trade? He ignored me. I asked for a manager and he said he was the manager. To my greatest surprise, I asked for his name and he walked away refusing to tell me his name after several times of asking. I asked another staff there for the that manager’s name and he said his name was Max.
I feel highly offended about the level of poor quality service received from this store and it is a poor quality that reflects heavily on Dominos Pizza...

Walked into the store within 15 mins and my order was ready.
I opened up the pizzas to confirm the order was correct and the crust was burnt on both pizzas.
The whole crust was burnt.
Not just some slices.
Both pizzas had black burnt crusts.
I politely declined to take the pizzas as I know the kids nor I would not eat them.
I handed them back and requested my order again.
From the Manager's expression, he seemed really annoyed that I wasn't taking them and was having to redo it.
There was no apology from any staff or manager as I had to wait all overs again.
The replacement pizza (kids pizza) still had 2 burnt pizzas.
Again no apology.
Very poor quality food and poor management service.
They also failed to give me a receipt...
