I am very upset, I don't understand why in today's world employees at fast food restaurants get so upset and offended when you bring food back that is not up to standard. When you buy food at a fast food restaurant, you expect that the food is going to be edible, mistakes do happen, and that is to be expected. What you don't expect is to get harassed or accused of trying to get free food when you return items that are not in any condition to be served to the public and are way past their acceptable expiration. I have no doubt if the manager and the employees of this store followed the procedures laid out by Dunkin' Donuts all of the products served to the public would be delicious. So on top of not doing your job you are then going to argue with a customer who had to drive back to your store to bring back a product that you fail to quality control. I'm sorry, but there is no excuse for this and you do not deserve to have your job, especially not to be in the position of manager as establishments have a tendency to rot from the top down and this store can only be guaranteed further issues by having a manager who would ever act in such a manner. This is a brand new store and I'm glad to have it in our neighborhood. I really hope they find a manager who appreciates their job and can bring a Safe, Healthy and Friendly environment to customers and employees alike.
