I LOVE DB! Iāve been coming to this location since it opened. The new employees though, they are NEXT LEVEL RUDE! Never had a problem until the employees changed. Two days ago I went in for my daily DB large iced breve w hazelnut, I was in a rush so I did not realize they forgot to add hazelnut till I arrived at work. I left work about an hour after and decided to go for another coffee since the first one I didnāt drink. The employee that took my order the first time took my order again and I felt necessary to tell him I was there again because the first one didnāt have hazelnut flavor however I proceeded to tell him this because I had just gone by an hour before I thought man they are going to think Iām coffee crazy! He was so nice and said he would give me the coffee for free I said no itās okay it happens Iāll pay for it, he insisted so I said okay. THAT WAS MY MISTAKE, taking the damn free drink! If I wouldāve known lol I pull up to the window and as soon as I look up the employee there goes āso what was wrong with the drinkā clearly she was upset her tone and face expression said it all. I go āthere was no hazelnut flavor but donāt worry I can pay for itā she looks at me again and says āitās fine I guess we will remake itā I go thatās fine but Iāll pay for it she looks at me and goes āmaāam Iām NoT BeInG RuDe !!!! Iām AsKiNg So I KnOw WhAt To FiX!!ā Mind you the TONE, the FACE, she even rolled her eyes right before turning her back to make the drink. When I tell you how off guard that caught me! I didnāt even know what to say! All that over a drink I DIDNāT EVEN ASK TO BE REMADE IN THE FIRST PLACE! It was a mistake things happen! Iāll pay for it no big deal! So I look over to the other employees and the girl next to her is laughing so clearly they did not like the fact that I was getting a free drink. I get it maybe they thought I just wanted a free drink whatever I drive off and go about my day. Fast forward to THIS MORNING. I placed a mobile order I get down and the same girl that had been laughing when the employee from the window was having a meltdown over the drink gives me my drink and goes āyou should try it beforeā (laughing ) EXCUSE ME ? ARE YOU SERIOUS ? This happened 2 days ago #1 and #2 that was uncalled for because itās not like I complain about my drink EVERY SINGLE TIME! Mind you I am a regular here it just happened that one time and itās FINE! Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe waited like 50 minutes in line and I was thinking maybe thereās like 2 people (usually there is when I come and theyāre still fast but I was trying to be understanding since I work in fast food and I know the struggle) but we get to the window and thereās 4 girls going the slowest speed Iāve ever seen their employees be. Our drinks were made wrong & my drink honestly couldāve been more filled up (I saw the girl remove a lot of my drink to add cookies that I asked for.. she couldāve left the drink as is and added the cookies ontop but for some reason felt the need to dump some out) understand thereās bad days but you also have to be considerate that weāre coming to pay for product and service just for it not to be made the way itās expected to be. Idc if you give me bad service, i could care less it only bothers me you let your attitude affect your quality of drinks. Anyways, next time Iāll consider going to Horizon, Iāve heard their drinks taste better so Iāll give it a try despite this location being closer or Iāll avoid coming during peak times. My dad loves dutch, we come here once in awhile and he was so excited and when we got the drinks he was so disappointed lol lowkey made me feel bad.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreHighly disappointed with the declining service at the Eastlake location. It seems as if they know they have a constant flow of customers so they treat their customers as insignificant. From constant wrong online orders to waiting more than 15 minutes in a line of 2 cars to getting eye rolls because I expressed my order was wrong. My final straw was last week when I came back because my online order was wrong again and it took more than 10 minutes to get my drink replaced. I understand that this location is usually busy but this was not the case this time. There were a few cars in the drive thru and 1 customer at the pick up window. Itās disappointing to be a loyal customer and see its declining customer service. The store operator also isnāt the friendliest, he use to be awesome. Not sure whatās going on here but I am seeing the change. Although the horizon location is out of my way I end up saving more time in the long run and itās always a good experience with the quality of drink(s)...
