Drunken Crab Seafood Bar — Restaurant in Horizon City

My husband and I saw the sign driving by the other day and decided since we were kid free we would try it out. When you walk in there is plenty of seating! They weren’t busy at all and we were quickly greeted and sat. Our server was Hannya and she explained the menu to us. She was so sweet and attentive the entire time. Always had drink refills, made sure we didn’t need anything, and when we did she was so prompt about it. She did a great job (also note: the other servers helped out too and were just as friendly it seems). Our food came out fast and hot- I don’t even care if food is fast just hot 🙃

We had- Oysters shot- I’m not even sure how to rate this because I don’t do oysters but we did it and I didn’t die. It tasted like a Bloody Mary so if this is your thing and you know and like oyster shots do itttt!

Calamari ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ wasn’t chewy at all and seasoned well k. Honestly my favorite part!

Hush puppies- ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ they were good no complaints but don’t expect like melt in your mouth hushpuppies. Flavor was good

We did a medium boil bag with garlic seasoning ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Crawfish, shrimp, crab legs, corn, sausage and potatoes. It was pretty good. We would maybe do a spicy flavor next time. Shrimp was a little over cooked but not bad. We had leftovers that Hannya packed up for us! Prob enough for a whole other meal. We could have sized down especially if your not big eaters! We could do the same one if we had our kids and everyone would be full.

The decor was nice and a super plus THEY HAVE A HANDWASHING STATION outside of the bathroom. They gave everything you needed for seafood cracking- gloves and bib included.

Don’t let price deter you. It’s seafood and we are in the middle of the desert. We’d def go back and try other things! If anything the service made it worth it! Hope they keep it up even well...

From the moment we walked in, the experience at the drunken crab on eastlake was top-notch. The staff was friendly, the atmosphere was lively but laid-back, and the smell of fresh seafood instantly had our mouths watering.

We ordered the seafood boil with shrimp, crab legs, mussels, corn, and potatoes—everything was cooked to perfection. The seasoning blend was bursting with flavor—garlicky, buttery, and just the right amount of heat. They give you gloves and bibs, so it’s messy in the best way possible!

Portion sizes were generous, prices were reasonable, and everything tasted incredibly fresh. Even the sides and sauces were on point—don't skip the garlic butter or the Cajun blend!

I can’t say enough good things about this place! Even though they just opened, they’ve already nailed the true taste of Southern seafood. Having been stationed in Fort Benning, Georgia for a long time, I know what authentic crawfish should taste like—and this place took me right back. The flavors were spot on, fresh, and full of that Southern comfort I’ve missed.

It’s rare to find a restaurant in El Paso that captures that deep South flavor so perfectly, and I’m incredibly grateful it’s just minutes from my home and right by where I shop. The atmosphere was welcoming, the service was excellent, and the food? Absolutely unforgettable.
