MILITARY DISCOUNT!!!🤑🤑🤑🤑🤑💰💰💰💰💰 Tried the new Taco Tote on Eastlake. I've never been to a TacoTote so first time visitor. I was pleasantly surprised by the restaurant. The staff was extremely friendly and answered a number of questions that we had. We opted for the family of 4 dinner with chicken and steak. We sat down and decided to start with some chips and salsa. The salsa bar had a ton of different flavors and spice level. My biggest complaint is the size of the paper dish that is used to hold the chips, too small. I opted to use a plate so we could get enough chips for the family. The chips were pretty good and freshly made. Once our food arrived we shared the meat and tortillas. I had a baked potato which was pretty good. Dad had the squash and cheese soup, which turned out to be way to spicy for him. I was able to swap it for a baked potato at no extra charge. The meats was really good and had a great flavor to it. The tortillas were fresh and really good. We got Xtra sour cream from the staff. Overall, great meal, especially for the price. We had some leftovers to take home. The meal fed the family of four for under $50.00. It was cold outside, but there is a really cute outdoor seating area too.

Whatever big corporation bought Taco Tote needs to fired as they robbed the flavor from the Tacos Ordered 2 Taco Packs. 1 of Pork adobada, and 1 of Bistek. Both combos were cold. The Bistek was definitely under filled as seen in the picture. The sides were underwhelming as usual. The charro beans were bland and looked water downed. The baked potato was baked at least, but some pieces were hard. Taco Tote used to have a phenomenal salsa bar… crippled with greed from not having proper containers to stock up on the bar. The lady at the counter was nice, so that was cool

I go to other Taco Tote all the time and I always get the pork adobado. They are always clean, dry and never much oil. At this location, the taco was completely soaked in oil when I got it! I ate (most) of the taco anyways… same way you eat pizza that is too greasy, and don’t want to gross anyone out with pictures, but here’s what my napkin, foil, and leftover piece (that was just too greasy to eat) looked like.

Went there for lunch today about 11:45am. Their system for cards was not working properly. It took a LONG time to pay for my food and then to finally get my order. I ordered the bistec tacos that were supposed to come with a baked potato. I ordered an extra side of charro beans. I never got my baked potato. The meat had no salt or seasoning. There were no containers by the salsa station or by the tortilla chips station, no napkins, and 2 of their fountain drink sodas were not filled (Cherry Pepsi and Crush Orange flavor). There was also just enough ice to fill the bottom of my cup. There was a senior male there that I struck up a conversation with. He had been waiting a long time for his “to go” order and when he checked it, it was incorrect. He was so frustrated, angry. He had to wait even longer because they had to correct his order. He made sure to let them and me know that he would never return. I DO NOT BLAME HIM! Not one employee bothered to apologize to him or me for their horrible service. I hadn’t come across such unprofessionalism in a long time. I decided not to wait to get my baked potato because I was in a training and I only had one hour for lunch. I really wanted to talk to a manager but that would’ve taken even longer. As I was sitting there, I was noticing other patrons that were there and they looked SO confused when trying to get their condiments. I don’t know what is worse - this situation or when Panera had to close their grand opening because they did not order enough items to be able to fulfill orders. I could MAYBE understand one thing going wrong, but this many??C’mon people…get it together! It’s not like your food is budget friendly and for such prices I expect A WHOLE...

For it being a new place these people have no idea what they are doing food was disgustingly cold, manager lady in the black shirt was so clueless on what was happening, besides it was cold it took at least 20 mins to get my food! So I wait 20 mins for cold food and their manger is clueless. I have already warned friends to not even bother coming here. Waste of time and money, if I’m upper management I’m getting rid of that manager. I stood there after I finished my cold food and saw her just walk around having no idea how to handle her employees while there is a bottle neck happening and drive threw is backed up because of her leadership. Extremely disappointed with place so new and yet so trash. Honestly worst experience I have ever encountered while ordering food. I will be reaching out to corporate on this manner, I really feel bad for the employees there under such...
