My roommate recommended we order from this place saying it was good the last time he had it. Most of the google reviews look good also, but that just wasn't my experience tonight. He ordered right around 8pm. Around 9:15 he called the restaurant because our delivery still had not arrived and he was told it would be an hour. I guess since the restaurant closes at nine, they opted not to answer the phone despite having an incomplete order. The driver arrived not long after. He brought Dr. Pepper instead of root beer. The food was warm, not hot. I will only continue to review the food I actually tried from the order which was not all of it. The mozzarella cheese sticks were rubbery like they'd been sitting under a heat lamp then cooled. The cheese was kind of hard under the soggy shell. It came with lukewarm fries that had too much seasoned salt and marinara that would have repelled vampires... so much garlic. The big fat Greek pizza looked ok, very heavy on the cheese, kind of hard to see the toppings...I feel like it would have been great fresh and hot, but again, warm, greasy, and soggy. Finally, the strawberry cheesecake was still frozen in the middle. I guess in my mind I was picturing a strawberry swirl in the cheesecake or a strawberry topping that had strawberries. No such luck. It was like someone took a spoonful of cheap strawberry jelly and dumped it on top. Hopefully my experience was a rare one. I would recommend ordering by 7pm, and if you order delivery, double check your order when it arrives so it can be fixed before they close, as you will not receive any service at all (good or bad)...
Read moreThe other day we ordered 3 burgers, we told the owner AT 5 PM, he said he would have it ready by 7. We were all fasting and busy running errands getting things for Iftar. We get there at 7 and he says "I forgot". Really? I understand that your son keeps claiming in the responses that he is old. If you people had any sense of customer service, you should still offer to attempt to make the order since you forgot and we orderd a long time ago, instead of saying “oh I don’t have time to make it now I have other orders”, People are fasting! We had to go elsewhere at the last minute to order food somewhere else. The response that the son gave "shame on you and your fastings, Ramadan didn't bring a good change in you" is absolutely disrespectful and unacceptable. What kind of customer service is this? you don't respect your customers. We don't have all the time in the world to be reminding him to please make the food. Instead of responding rudely to your customers on here, maybe you should be assisting your father in the shop. You people have zero respect for other people's religions. So yes, we will NOT be returning here due to your rude behavior. Don't mock other people's religions just because somebody was unsatisfied with the services from here. You people cannot take feedback...
Read moreI ordered pizza on Thanksgiving Day, excited to find a pizza place open. I submitted my order online with a pick up estimate in 50 minutes. I showed up at 50 minutes, and the person working handed me someone else's order. I showed him my receipt (which he acted confused that there was an online order), I do not think it was even started. He called to the back to someone, which I think he was there by himself but was trying to make it seem like my order was almost done. He told me it would be another 15 minutes. Half an hour later I left with my order. It was not worth the wait. My pizzas were not made how they were ordered. One of the pizzas was burnt on top, including the pepperoni (tasted gross). The garlic knots were WAY over dressed, overcooked (hard), and not edible. My other pizza was edible, but had toppings we can't eat due to allergies. I spent $45 on food we had to throw away. I was so disappointed and hungry. This is a completely honest review. I will not go back again. If the food had been worth the wait, I would have given a positive review, but entire experience was a complete waste of...
