Good flavors and good portions but the customer service is not good I had to wait about 20min in my car until I got tired of waiting to go ask about my order and they said it's been done, they just forgot to bring it like they said they would. While eating the burger I noticed that the sauces weren't evenly spread throughout the burger so every bite was different and after eating the burger was the worst part because they don't give you any napkins I had to learn the hard way, I felt like opening the door like I do at home when i run out of toilet paper and asking them for napkins my hands were greasy from eating half pound burger. This is amazing Venezuelan food! They have such kind workers (who were patient while I practiced my Spanish 😅) and very attentive. The menu is large enough that there is a little something for everyone and there are lots of options for sides. I had La Venezolana burger and it was so thick and meaty, with crispy potato strands, sweet plantains, and a lovely creme sauce. The picata de pollo was wonderful and the meat was so juicy. The beverages are ice cold and super refreshing after a hot day. The vibes were awesome with some music playing and string lights around the tables. Bueno el sabor de la comida pero en las dos oportunidades que fui el servicio fue muy malo. Desde el que toma el pedido que fue un grosero hasta la señora que me entregó la comida que se molestó por haberle preguntado por la bebida. En ese momento (no sé si aún es así porque no volví) en pleno apogeo del COVID-19 tenían las bebidas en unas cavas/hieleras afuera donde TODO EL MUNDO metía sus manos. Yo visito un lugar por la comida pero regreso por el servicio. A lo mejor algún día decida ir de nuevo a probar a ver si a la tercera va la vencida.
