Please Don’t order anything from Sharie. Just purchased our first home in Dec 2019. Went in on Dec 18 placed and order of a living room set, dining table and chairs. I was promised to receive my dining table one part to my couch and chairs within 2 weeks. I never received a call that my order wasn’t coming as promised on time or nothing I had to call her. She stated because of the Hoilday it was delayed. So I waited till after the Holiday and still no table, chairs, couch nothing! I had to call her to hear that my table was not in and that she ordered the wrong one that she will reorder and I’ll get in a few weeks. That next day I recvd my dining chairs, one piece to my living room set a month after ordering. Reached out to Sharie again in Mid January to see if the other piece of my couch was going to be delivered as promised to find out no it wasn’t and that she had no idea when it would be. I then had to opt to take the model sofa in store because she did not know when I would get it and I need my furniture. As far as the dining table it’s 2 months later almost 3 still no dining table after several back n forth it was promised by the 1st week feb then it went to end of Feb. Now she saying mid March. So now that I’m upset and done with the games on furniture I spent over 10k on I can’t get my 1500 back for the table.
Please I tell do not order anything from Her unless you willing to wait over 3months for your items and also receive bad customer service from a horrible owner.
Almost everything she have you can find for half the price at the same or better quality! Please be mindful of this company!

If she don’t have it in store u will be wasting your time they don’t have the funds to keep a lot in stock they lie to the financial company saying they deliver your furniture when they actually get paid first from the financial company then order your stuff didn’t committing fraud the financial company don’t want to pay until it’s delivered so they are telling them it’s been delivered when in actuality it’s not. Read moreSo my daughter is moving into her first place and as a parent I was so happy and ready to help her decorate. She wanted a gold and white table dining set which is so hard to find, until I came across this place on Instagram, We live in Florida so I wasn’t sure if they ship to Florida so when I called I asked about the table set that I saw on IG and if they ship to Florida he said yes, so he first told me to let him check to make sure it was still available because he didn’t have it in the store, he called us back and said it was still available, so now we order it, he waived the shipping fee which saved us a lot of money, he said it would take a couple of weeks which was fine because her apartment wasn’t finished. He stayed in contact with us to keep us updated. Fast forward the table was delivered but something was missing and at first I called the delivery company, they had no clue what I was talking about, so I called Luxe and explained that something was missing after speaking to him, he explained to me that I didn’t order those particular pieces which I assumed came with the table. He wanted to know what he could do to resolve the situation. I explained to him that I would have to send the table back because we didn’t have any more money left to buy the extra pieces and I told him it was my daughter first apartment which she had saved money to buy the majority of her furniture and it was unfortunate of the misunderstanding when we purchased the table. That’s when he did the unthinkable and told me that he would send out the missing pieces for free and I pay for shipping. I was speechless and greatful because that showed me that he wants to make his customers happy and put his customers first. My daughter was overwhelmed with joy because she’s getting exactly what she wanted and the problem was resolved with so much professionalism. We are already saving money to order some more items from them lol. This is one company that we continue to do business with. Great company with elegant furniture. I wish I could give them a higher rating, from my experience with them they deserve a ten. Once I get the other pieces I will post a picture of the beautiful piece of furniture...
Read moreIt is with regret that I post my experience. Sharie & her husband were very helpful is assisting me in selecting my product. Product ordered, paid for on Tuesday 18-Dec-18. Product promised to be delivered and set up the next day, Wednesday 19-Dec-18. Sharie called me Wednesday & told me the delivery truck broke down & she could not tell me when the product would be delivered. Sharie offered to refund my delivery fee since the product was not delivered on time. Sharie tried her best to accommodate me before Christmas, which was my deadline, but was unsuccessful.
My product was not delivered until 28-Dec-18. The metal bedframe that I ordered from her did not fit the headboard as she said it would. She adamantly denied that she told me it would fit. When the delivery person sent the measurements and a picture of the frame and headboard to her via text to show her the pieces did not fit, she told him to stop assembling & leave my residence because he was not supposed to assemble it. She adamantly denied that she told me that her husband would personally assemble the pieces for me. In addition, over the phone, she became extremely angry and irate. She was yelling directly at me, at the top of her voice saying a multitude of things that were not true and then she hung the phone up in my face.
