Taco Fiesta — Restaurant in Texas

I cannot say anything negative about the food, it's good, no wow factor, but good ... buuuuut where they consistently drop the ball is in the drive-thru area; every single time that I go, if I don't double or triple check the order, THEY GET SOMETHING WRONG, and usually it's something that's missing, like for example if I ordered an extra cream, I've lost count how many times I made it all the way to my house just to come to find out that they did not include it in the order, but of course they charged it. Other times, they give me one taco less, etc, etc, etc ... so my recommendation to you, if you go to this place and order in the drive-thru, triple check that you're getting everything you ordered; because I promise you, if you don't, you'll be surprised when...

We called in for a botana for 4 mixed. We paid 67 dollars for what we thought was going to be a lot of food for 4. What we got was a surprise. We had enough meat for one taco and some rice and beans. The order came with 4 flour tortillas, some beans, and some rice. Just enough for a kid's meal. Chicken had so many different flavors. The fajitas, when we could fine any, also had different flavors. There was so much that went wrong with this order. When we called back to complain, they had already closed. Our food was just the leftover, which would explain the different flavors, the lack of food, and why it was so cold. We felt cheated for what we paid. It's a mistake we will never do again. Food was decent, fairly priced and service was meh, alright. I didn't care for the scrambled eggs being sliced in thin strips, pancakes were very filling, bacon was ok (I prefer crispy bacon), OJ tasted like it was from concentrate and was room temperature. The waitress was nice but never checked up on us after we were served until I finished my plate of food. I felt bad for only leaving a $2 tip, compared to the standard minimum $5 I typically leave anywhere I eat out at.
