Coming from NJ/NY always looking for good Italian food. We were happy to find this location during Covid. Ordered a lot of takeout from there and have dined in several times. We have recommended this place to many. After tonight we will not be back, nor recommend . We went with a family of 10. When called they said they wouldn't save a table for us. I don't know but if I had a family of ten I would make some accommodations. We went and restaurant was empty and we sat down. Meal started off well. The guys asked for more bread and owner made a snide comment. Are you kidding me over bread. You wouldn't last ten minutes in NYC or NJ. The Bill was well over $200 and u are moaning about a few pieces of bread. Give me a break. All food was good, except my mother in laws the chicken was super tough and grizzly she basically took a few bites and pushed it away. When we mentioned it to owner just to let her know, she snapped back well you should have told us earlier. Well how could we the girl cleared the plates since they all wanted to get out of there. Rushing the tables to pay their checks. We were asked to pay the bill several times and when we left the restaurant we were outside talking for two minutes and the waitresses walked out right behind us . Never been in a restaurant and they are pressuring you to leave cuz they want to go home. It was a few minutes after 9. We all tipped and I'm not sure why. I hope it all went to the girls, not that they do much there, but it should not go to the owner. Maybe she will put it toward bread for the next customer When you run a business you need to have people skills and unfortunately this place lacks. You may have good food with an occasional bad piece of chicken, but we won't be back. Very disappointed. We should have went somewhere else for...

Came here for the first time. The food was good. We ordered the garlic bread and a side Cesar salad. We also ordered lobster ravioli and spaghetti and meatballs. The spaghetti is a tomato sauce vs a meat sauce. The ravioli was good. I scraped the mushrooms, red pepper and onion off the top of the ravioli. So if you are not a fan may want to have them leave it off. Water was filtered. I didn't see any acholic beverages but they did offer bottle soda and fountain drinks. Only real complaint was the floors. They were so sticky and we had to have our table wiped down since it was dirty. **Updating my review.. Please note nowhere was their a complaint regarding the meat sauce nor the vegetables I was merely explaining to others about these so if they need to modify their order they can. I was already on the fence about giving a 4 star as I would prefer a 3.5. I am changing my rating based on two things. The Ravioli ended up making me sick and I was up all night long and second the response from the restaurant was very tacky. Sorry if you were offended but I hope you are able to use the feedback in your future responses. I do not give 3 stars lightly and typically do not leave a review unless it is 4/5 stars (really good) or 1/2 star (really bad). I leave the medium reviews off. We will not be returning nor will we recommend you guys which is sad because I would have given you guys...

All of these 5 stars must be paid. This food was horrible! Spend over 100 on dishes, had it delivered. The food was not only cold it was bland and the alfredo was incredibly watery, so watery that the bag was leaking! My husband paid for extra shrimp, got 2 pieces of shrimp. The cheesecake had this sauce on it that tasted like medicine and for 5 bucks was a tiny sliver! Not worth the money!! CUSTOMER BEWARE!! (Editing after the owner replied) I'm a New Yorker originally, an Italian New Yorker and I was craving some Italian food, this was not it. I have never seen alfredo watery, it doesn't happen. Are you going to blame the delivery driver for only getting two pieces of shrimp after I paid extra to have it on there? Let's take some accountability, please. Small portions, high prices, had to pay an extra $4.00 for two pieces of shrimp?!?! I didn't even mention how tough and dry the chicken pieces were. I suggest getting better quality food before trying to defend your actions and blaming the...

So I really wanted to like this. I didn't want to have to go all the way to Olive garden. I don't eat pasta that much but was craving, and thought let's give this place a shot. It was just ehhh for me. My husband had some Chipotle pasta and he said it was pretty decent. I had some pasta that really didn't seem soft It was more of an oil on it, very bland, had a lot of olives in it, and for 1799, it just didn't seem like the portions were necessarily plentiful, and the taste really wasn't there for me. I did order pizza for my kids, and they enjoyed the pizza. Later on in the evening I did try a piece of their pizza and I will say I was surprised it was very good. It does come with French bread if you request it, but not garlic bread, that's an additional cost. I also ordered Caesar salads, those were pretty good I will say. But for the cost, for me the pastas just weren't to my liking.

We tried Haileys Italian restaurant after some friends suggested we try it. My wife and I were not impressed. For a sit down restaurant I expected to have the waiter take the order at the ta le. Instead I had to go up to the counter place the order and pay for it first. Food was OK at best. I had the Chicken Alfredo the chicken you could tell it was pre. Oozed and dry. My wife had the cheese ravioli that was better. We had four slices of bread with no butter or anything to dip it into. They don't sell diet coke just coke zero and they were out of regular coke. They did have coke on the 16 Oz. Bottles and they said that we could grab a second one as a refill.
