Worst service ever from a Starbucks. I am so disappointed. I will be calling corporate Worst service ever! I frequent Starbucks regularly in the DFW area, this was the first visit here and I was totally disgusted with the lack of professionalism from the employees. I ordered a venti iced coffee, extra ice, sf vanilla leave room for cream. Took order at 10:36 am— ay 11:00 am I had to go ask for my coffee. Seriosuly, they were not that busy. The excuse I got their sticker machine was broke so ... I was like so could you not write it on a piece of paper? They give me a black iced coffee, no sf vanilla, no extra ice. I go to dump some of the coffee which is filled to the brim to add creamer, there is no creamer. I ask for creamer they give me a cup full of creamer. I ask “don’t you usually have creamer out on the counter”? I was told they need a new container. I was like really, you are a Starbucks and you do not have a container for half and half? Oh goodness...

Its always delicious and you can tell it's made with love and joy! The only problem is, for the past 2 years, I had no idea that ordering a "Mango Dragonfruit with coconut milk" was the "wrong" drink. I was rudely corrected during my last visit that I felt a little ashamed and embarrassed that this whole time I visit Starbucks, I've been saying my favorite drink wrong! Most of the are rude and ignore you, even when u are they only person infront of them. It's a blessing I don't spend money on this company. It's not worth it. Most of the time I'm there they have a bunch of food and coffee ready on their little table space getting cold or warm depending on what ur order is and a whole bunch of customers waiting for their food. I've call corporate and report ed this complaint. They said will bring this complaint to corporate central and local central. Try to avoid this Starbucks.
