I called at around 2:05AM on 11/16/23 to confirm that they were taking orders before I placed an order through the app. I called twice before they answered and they let me know they're systems were down and it wouldn't be up and running for about 20 minutes. I hung up and didn't call back until around 3:40AM to confirm again that they were taking orders before I placed my order through the app. This time they didn't bother answering. The few times they did was to just hang up on me. One of the times I over heard one of the employees saying who keeps calling and the other responding "un wey (güey)". The only times I've had problems with this Jack in the Box is when these ladies are working. Every other time has been great. Everytime these employees are working the system is always down. Last time I ordered through the app and wasn't able to get my food because the system was down when these same employees were there. The worst part was that they didn't let anyone know that they weren't taking orders. I only figured it out after waiting over 20 minutes and going up to the window to see the employee just sitting on her phone. I tried calling and honking until she finally saw me and quickly told me they weren't taking orders. I asked her about my order and she told me to come back in the morning when the manager was there. When I did come back they told me they couldn't refund me so I had to call my bank to get a refund. I also reached out to customer service through the app and they never responded. MANAGER COOK WINDOW/ ORDER DELIVERY!!!!! It took over 30 minutes ,🤨😠😡🤬after we were alerted BY THE APP that our order was ready for pickup, for a human person to get our food. EVERYTHING WAS COLD!! MY CURLEY FRIES, BESIDE BEING COLD, HAD NO SEASONINGS. MY 7 PIECE JALAPENOS WERE COLD WITH OUT THE BUTTERMILK DIPPING SAUCE THE APP CLEARLY COVERED, EVEN OFFERING A PERSONAL QUANITY. Read moreI go-to this location several times a week, up untill last night. The manager who works the overnight shift, absolutely HATES her job and it shows, her attitude is awful. For the past couple weeks I've just dealt with it because I'm hungry when I get off and just want food. You'll pull up and just sit at the speaker and wait to order, dine in is closed so she's not helping anyone inside, but yet you just sit and wait, finally she'll take your order. You get to the window and will hear all the gossip and arguing. They've been out of Frank's red hot for a week now, she says the store manager doesn't know how to order items needed. But last night I order, sit in line and wait, I get to window and somehow my order got deleted, I have to reorder and wait on food, and of course no Frank's because the store manager don't know how to order. So then I ask what happened to the young (friendly) guy that used to work there, she got upset and told me I could find a different Jack to go-to, and at that moment she was right!
