Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Texas

I been here twice and both of the times was over night and they get my orders wrong.First time they forgot my cheese I called in and told them they said they were sorry and when I went back the lady was very rude said they check the burger before handing it out and there was chesse in there..why would I take the chesse out drive back and try to get some extra chesse...smh so I let it go they put chesse on my burger witch was now cold...Second time they gave me the wrong burger I asked for the new bbq burger they came out with...I get a ultimate cheeseburger with bbq..told the lady at the window and Saud that's what I ordered with a lot of attitude said she would get it right and snatch out of my hands...and my chiken ranch sandwich bun were all burnt up I give up on this place they are very rude I cannot seem how they keep getting my orders wrong and then have a attitude when I asked for...

I wish I could give 0 stars because this is not the 1st time that I had this experience with this location! I'm so disappointed in the service I received. I pull up to the drive thru to place my order. Someone answers the call, but doesn't continue. Leaves me hanging for about 10 minutes, then comes to the mic saying "we're not open" which is not true. Then when I confront her with her lie, she says "Well I'm by myself". Honestly, I work by myself constantly at my own job. Its no excuse for confusion and poor service. My was 4 taco and three egg rolls , the middle age African American woman that serviced m was very nice but in great distress. It seemed as if she was a one person show with another lady doing paperwork in the shadows , With a line wrapped around the building . It seems to me that the process could and should have been Team work seeing the type of business Jack in the box is Fast Food services .
