Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Jersey Village

today we stopped little caesars after leaving the food town next door. we have been to this location many times after leaving the . 99 cent store on fm 1960. this store is at the corner of rankin and veterans memorial across from joe v's. we came in about 1;30 pm and waited for the $ 5.00 peperoni. what I noticed was a two latino women making pizzas while two young white dudes was standing around talking behind the women. the cashier asked one of the younger dudes who was short with black hair to make a specific pizza. well after the taller dude left with the hat who I don't think worked there but he was in the kitchen area ' no no ' . this man didn't wash his hands. yes, the teen with the black hair went to reach for the pepperoni and a few seconds earlier I saw him touch his greasy hair and raise the back of his pants. I wanted to tell the woman that was sitting down waiting for her pizza what I saw but I was scared it would start a fight because some people will go ballistic or think you are being messy telling them this. I work in the food industry and we are told all the time to wash your hands / change your gloves and never to have people in the kitchen area who does not belong there. I tried to find little caesars on face book but didn't. OWNER/ MGMT : YOUR PEOPLE NEED TO WASH THEIR HANDS. NOT PUT SANITIZER BUT WASH THEIR HANDS. AND I DIDN'T SEE THE YOUNG WHITE DUDE WITH THE JUSTIN BIEBER HAIRDO WASH HANDS OR USE SANITIZER. ...

Not just one crew member the whole team did an amazing job not only were there so many people in there they didn't get stressed out they kept the line moving and they were very polite now I know it's just a Little Caesars but I've had better service from them than I've had from Perry's steakhouse pappasito's and multiple other places. Now not every time occasionally 1 out of 10 times I do get bad service from pappasito's in Perry's. But long story short the Little Caesars did an amazing job. I would not expect that from Little Caesars. I've never had that kind of service from Little Caesars as you can tell I'm mind blown I took my time to write a long review. Everybody have a blessed day and yes I would go back to that Little Caesars I would drive out of my way to go there. Every other Little Caesars I've ever been to trash I drove all the way there because I read the reviews online were good. They deserve good reviews of the store if you have a good experience...

This location is great for IN-PERSON order but if your ordering thru their app (which is run thru Doordash) THEY WILL MISS PARTS OF YOUR ORDERS. My first I let it slide by, Ive worked in fast food industry, we make mistakes fine, second time I didnt notice it was too late to call customer service, third time they forgot part of my order the dasher never replied or anwser phone calls, customer service for Little Cesars delivery didnt pick up. This time I got the dasher to reply and stated that the worker said that was it, we were missing a 2-litter drink and crazy sauce that came with the bundle/special deal. Its not the first nor second NOR THIRD time its been MULTIPLE times and its crazy! Not to say you pay "service fee" "delivery fee" "tip" "taxes" ect. all that adds up and yet the orders never arrive complete. Wouldnt recommend to buy thru the app nor any delivery app THEY WILL FORGET SOMETHING your order will arrive INCOMPLETE then for customer service...
