Just a warning: If you order a #7, you might get only turkey and provolone on it with nothing else.
My son ordered the #7 (the first of 3 sandwiches) and the sandwich maker put only turkey and provolone on bread and wrapped it up. This isn't our first visit to Jersey Mike's and typically the sandwich-maker will ask, "Do you want it Mike's Way?" He failed to ask that question. After putting the first sandwich aside, the employee moved on to the next customer. My son had 3 sandwiches to order and it wasn't time to move on to another customer after him. While waiting for the employee to return and make the remaining sandwiches, my son called me to confirm what I wanted on my sandwich and my reply was Everything.
Also, my son noticed that the employee didn't ask the next customer, "Do you want it Mike's Way?" Instead, he asked that customer, What do you want on it? And she had to go through the list of ingredients for the employee.
The sandwiches are too expensive to get it wrong. We got 3 sandwiches and only 2 were made correctly. Still not sure why me saying that I wanted "Everything" was confusing. I didn't get everything on it.
When I go to the Whataburger drive-thru and I order a Whataburger, they have never asked me what I want on it. But if they did, I would think me saying "Everything" would give them a clue that I want it the way it is offered, the "Whataburger Way."
Comparing the cost, we ordered 3 burgers at Whataburger two weeks ago and the cost was $25. Today, we got 3 six-inch (6 inch) subs at Jersey Mike's and paid $38. And the employee at Jersey Mike's couldn't even ask a simple question: Do you want it Mike's Way? I asked my son if the employee was rude. He said, No, just apathetic.
Prices are higher than ever before and yet businesses want customers to lower their expectations. How about if you raise your prices, then you raise your standards? I don't think it's too much to ask for sandwiches to be made properly, the employee to make the experience easy on the customer and how about serving the customers and completing their order before moving on to someone who walked in after them.

Read moreI visited this location on 7/2 @ 5:00pm I’ve never had Jersey mikes before and man the staff here is beyond professional, the two guys working here made me a customer for life. Specifically this location these two guys deserved recognition that’s the main reason for this review! I didn’t catch their names but if management sees this please recognize their efforts and assistance! They gave me a suggestion for a hot and cold sandwich and I went with a good ole Italian and it was amazing! They clearly like the job they do and do it more than well. Give these two fellas a shot at management because they would exceed expectations I’m sure of it. What a great atmosphere to have a nice lunch after cooking in the hot sun. Everything inside was clean and I mean everything not one thing was out of order from the drink section to behind the counter to the tables even the bathrooms were clean as a whistle these guys rock and this location is awesome thanks...
Read moreI decided to try Jersey Mike's today for the first time because I noticed I had a coupon for a free sub on my counter. I came in and was greeted by the younger woman who made my sandwich, and she was very nice. But once we got to the register, we realized that the coupon I had intended to use was no longer valid. That's when the other older woman came and started speaking to me as if I had done something wrong. I simply said that "I thought we had just received the coupons in the mail" to which she replied "that was impossible and i must be mistaken" In a very rude and dismissive manner.. Not wanting to waste the food, I simply paid what was owed and went on my way. But I will not be back. Thanks for introducing yourselves to the neighborhood though, jersey mikes! I'll make sure my family and our neighbors continue to do business elsewhere. Have a...
