Have had lots of good experiences at this restaurant, and a few bad. I always ask them to cut the sandwich in half and most often they do not do it, not a huge deal, but definitely annoying. The worst times were when they missed things off my sandwiches. I don't make a big deal about it, just file a complaint and move on. I've submitted 3 complaints against this location (Not bad considering how often I get takeout from here) and the first two times heard nothing back, which is fine, because like I said before, I don't make a big deal about it. The reason for my distaste against this location is the manner in which I was talked to by an employee or manager of this location about my most recent complaint filed by someone in my household. He called to make sure to tell me that they did not get it wrong. That his ticket shows it exactly as it was delivered. By the way, its fine if I'm the one that messed up, I own my mistakes and when I told him that I was not the one who filed this complaint this time, he made sure to tell me that my significant other needs to call him back to get the ticket closed. Funnily enough, I never heard back from the other two. I suppose they weren't important, but it becomes important when the customer is wrong and they want to make a point to them. I know it doesn't matter to you that you've lost my business, and I'm sure many more people will continue to order, but to the people who do read the reviews, go in and make sure its done correctly or just don't order...
Read moreI've been to a lot of Jimmy john's, but none that serve sandwiches with such an uncomfortably crunchy bottom. That's not something I want to feel when I'm biting into any sandwich. A crunch more familiar to me from a box of Wheat thins. I would call it burnt, but it didn't taste burnt. It was just very much overdone on the bottom.
I asked the guy at the register for a cup of water, and he hands me a cup with his thumb on the outside of the rim and two fingers on the inside. I might drink from that end. I wouldn't know. It doesn't look any different than the other ends. Does this Jimmy John's not teach its employees about hygiene? Things like don't put your fingers where someone else's lips might go? Where their beverage might be?
The worst part about the cashier putting his fingers into my cup is that he seemed offended or irritated that I told him I wanted another cup, even after explaining why. And then for him to get that cup there was some shuffling around under the counter that I didn't get to see.
Maybe hygiene isn't a big thing here because it's pretty clear there was fecal matter crusted on the underside of the toilet seat.
I was exceedingly unprepared for that awful of a visit to any Jimmy John's.
Pretty thoroughly disgusted. Definitely won't be back to that one, and might swear off Jimmy John's for a while in general.

The good: Tyler was wonderful. Very polite, willing to help, smile on his face the while time.
The bad: One of the ladies preparing the food (shorter dark red hair and black rimmed glasses) has a horrible demeanor. When I got to the window after ordering my food, I asked if I could have it "unwich" instead of bread. (Yes, my mistake for forgetting, but I would have taken it on bread no problem). She must have overheard me, because the sandwich was picked up, tossed to the other person with, "THIS IS AN UNWICH NOW". I could clearly hear her, so I spoke up and said, "Sorry!" Once my food was prepared and wrapped, she put it and my chips in a bag, looked me square in the eye, then drops it on the counter, and motions for someone else to hand it to me.
Listen, I understand it's frustrating when someone changes their order, but don't be so blatant as to say it loud enough for the customer to hear and then slam my food around.
I went to this location because I have been craving their sandwiches, but it is in a terrible location unless you are coming from a certain way. Then, terrible customer service on top of that. Sucks that her attitude looks bad on Tyler and everyone else serving...
