Our experience at this restaurant was disheartening. After waiting over 10 minutes without being greeted, we decided to seat ourselves, given the circumstances. The manager's response was not only rude because we sat down without being seated. With my 8-year-old and 5-year-old in tow, it was an uncomfortable situation that escalated to the point of the manager yelling. A regrettable encounter, to say the least. all because we sat down. keep inmind there was no host to set us down.

This is a reply. Please share the video and make sure the volume is up. So you could hear what your manager said to me. And that was after they took my order. And they already brought us the chips and the Cheese that we ordered so obviously we already had a waiter. Exactly what he said who sat yeah down. I said nobody because nobody was here to set us down. So we just took a seat it was already eight in the evening. The restaurant was empty was only two tables there. He started having an attitude and said to me. Well next time don't just see yourself wait there until somebody sees you. And that's what upset me because I was sitting with my kids. The attitude and the...

I've tried a lot of Mexican restaurants and I think this Julio's might just be the best Mexican restaurant in the area...easily eclipsing a couple of well known others. I've been here three times now and each time the food was excellent and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The waiters always had smiles on their faces when they came to the table. The food is super fresh and tasty. The salsa is great. The tortillas (even the corn tortillas) are homemade! The prices for all of that are very reasonable. The first time I came here, my friend and I brought our dogs and we sat on the patio. The staff was very welcoming and super pet friendly...they brought the dogs water and treats multiple times. I would highly recommend giving Julio's a try if you haven't already. I can't wait to go back and try...

Julio needs to come visit and try his fajitas. I ordered the mixed fajitas for one and they were flavorless. I came in at 9pm on a Friday night. The chips tasted stale and the tortillas were hard. He should go visit nearby Mi Rancho, try their fajitas, with freshly made tortillas and see that there is a huge difference in flavor. Also the staff took forever to bring drinks and take order. Too busy getting ready to close and roll utensils in napkins. Ditch the cloth napkins and bring paper napkin with utensils so staff can wait on customers. It’s taking forever to get my check too because they are too busy loading rolled up utensils into baskets, sweeping and cleaning out the chip holder or standing by the computer. This place was great when it first opened. I don’t know what has...

I've been coming to Julio's Mexican Grill for several years now and have been to all 3 locations. This is their newest location and their food and service are just as great as they always have been. The menu is huge, and they know how to cook every single thing on it to perfection. The general manager and his staff here know their food and know service and do them both exceptionally. This last visit I decided to try brunch. I got Chilaquiles with rice and hash browns. VERY good!! If you don't know where to start, I highly recommend the chicken ranchero soft tacos, the birria tacos, lunch street tacos, or if you want a serious burrito, the supreme burrito. The drinks are all really good too. Happy hour house margaritas can really help make your day! 😁

Quick break in between errands: party of 2: We we’re starving at this point we came in at 1:30 pm. The staff was AMAZING our waitress was super attentive. The food on the other hand had tex mex feel to it. It’s definitely lacking some “flavor” I can say I will be returning for a second time to try a different plate at another occasion. I ordered the chipotle cream enchiladas. The presentation was typical the flavor reminded me of a sauce from Taco Bell. My friend ordered migas presentation: the cream should of probably been on the side. Flavor wise it was lacking it was more on the tomato 🍅 side. We also ordered the house margaritas the recipe on that pre made needs some adjustment.
